Flight Centre Canada - Flight Centre Orchard Park Arvostelua

What made our experience so great is having Wenke Fast as our agent. She took so much time designing our perfect vacation that includes a Scandinavian Cruise with excursions before, during and after our cruise. She even went the extra mile and capitalized on a one-day promo to get us upgraded to a Concierge State Room that ended up being less expensive with more amenities. This was our first time with Wenke but certainly not our last! Highly recommend her and the friendly helpful team at Flight Centre Orchard Park!

Jeff was very helpful and guided me to the best flights

Cindy's service in putting our trip together was both friendly and professional. We felt she really heard what we wanted and tailored our plans to that. All the arrangements (flights, transfers, accommodations) worked out smoothly. It was the hassle-free vacation for which we were hoping. We would highly recommend her!

Having Kelly at Orchard Park Mall in Kelowna is a not only a win for all customers wanting to book their next adventure. But also, a complete asset to Flight Center. Her 16 years with Flight center speak volume in itself. Kelly has been booking my flights for business & personal adventures since 2014. There have not been any major incidents with my travel arrangements to date. Any minor hiccups, Kelly was only a phone call, text or e mail away to help iron out any wrinkle. So knowledgeable, understanding and willing to get every detail dialed in for your required needs. Kelly has met all my expectations& beyond. I am so blessed to have Kelly as my Travel agent.

Dealt with Cindy Brown and this is my 1st time booking a vacation with Flight Center. My experience was smooth and right on what we were looking for. Recommend Cindy as a travel agent.

Jason took time to hunt up the best routes possible and made changes when we had to alter the flights. Always friendly and very helpful. Would recommend him for both flights and vacations as his advice is spot on.

We are always very impressed with the great assistance and prompt replies we get from Jeff. He has always been very helpful and patient with us and our less than tech savvy ways.

5 star service from Gordon! What a pleasure it was to deal with an agent face to face vs an online service.

Wenche Fast...(Venka) has been our agent for quite sometime. She's so very knowledgeable & caring !! Always makes sure she can get the best deals for us & takes all the stress & worry out of planning our cruises!! Very fortunate to have her as our agent!! Thank You... Venka!!!

Jeff was great, got me some super flights and was very proactive in reaching out to me, once he had a good option. Would definitely recommend him and will come back myself when needed. Thanks

Hilary has been simply amazing to deal with and made this entire experience simple and flawless. We made this poor woman book a trip for 2 groups, from 3 different cities for 100 people and 2 weddings. She also had to deal with 2 brides and a mom-in-law, and made everything seamless and simple. What a rock star! I already have and will continue to refer people to this office and Hilary specifically. Thank you for being so amazing to deal with.

The agent who served me was friendly, knowledgeable and understood what I was seeking to attain during the process. I was completely satisfied with the transaction thus far.

Cindy was amazing. Very knowledgeable and super helpful. She had personal experience with the resort we wanted and was able to give a first hand knowledge of the resort areas. Fantastic experience!

Venka is an excellent travel agent she goes above and beyond to make sure that you have exactly what you want she is a pleasure to deal with.

James Gordon is amazing! Always available to answer our many questions. Made our bookings very easy

We have dealt with Kelly twice now and she was very kind and nice to deal with.

I have returned from an amazing trip in Puerto Vallarta with family ranging from ages 4-69. We chose this trip with only a month before spring break and all of us had to fly from 3 different airports. Wenche Fast (my agent) was absolutely amazing to make this all come together!!! She was so responsive when it came to all the delays we encountered with WestJet and kept us in the loop at all times. I’m very impressed and I would always have Wenche help me with each and every trip.

We recently went on a trip to the Azores, a hard to reach destination with layovers and tight flight schedules. Kelly was fantastic, she worked hard for us as we asked for multiple options. She was prompt, communicative and professional! Thank you
