Flight Centre Canada - Flight Centre Kitsilano Arvostelua

We always get excellent service from Didac. He has helped us out of many travel jams..😁

Shocking book here at your own risk. Girl I booked with had no knowledge. Just grabbing your money to meet a kpi worst travel agent I've ever used in 40 years.

My agent Becca was very organized and provided information proactively, including updates right before our travel dates.

We had a wonderful experience working with Dominique Dyon from the Kitsilano branch. She was organized and responsive every step of the way, and was great in supporting questions and the hiccups that come along from travelling with young kids.

BRETT SIBORNE has been my travel go-to person for the last 5 years and he is simply awesome!

Friendly, efficient and professional, Brett has been a joy to work with re: trip planning and providing both interesting and crucial information!!

In this age of "drive-through" customer assistance, Brett turns back the clock and provides a refreshing one-to-one, human-to-human service!!

Keep it up, Mister Siborne!

My story is too long to write here but I had a flight cancelled by Air Canada - they did not consider my connecting flight. While on hold (3.5 hrs) I dialed the Kitsalano Flight Center office and got KATELYN . I’m an older guy with no computer and below average skills. I’m panicking and she spent all the time she needed to help me- she showed empathy, answered questions and figured out what I should tell Air Canada. She was kind and compassionate and stayed beyond her shift to assist me. Air Canada offered useless options and only when I told them about Katelyn’s suggestion did they come up with a solution.Katelyn,in my view, went above and beyond and helped me calm down. WHAT GREAT SERVICE !!!!

The booking is a one on one experience. I really don't want to book on an on-line platform as it seems it is risky and difficult to impose my itinerary. Flight Centre gives me always the best experience, where an assistant understands your planned itinerary.

Becca at the Kitsilano branch was really helpful sorting out our flights and connections in Europe. Highly recommend looking her up!

The travel expert who assisted us, Ben, was extremely helpful, and made the process of booking flights quite easy and straightforward.

Christina, Flight Centre Travel Advisor courteously took my in-bound phone call and patiently and thoroughly answered my Flight, Luggage and Elite Travel Alliance Membership queries. Those eight discourteous and poorly-trained Travel Consultants I reached in the previous 48 minutes before reaching Christina? Completely worth them. Thank you Flight Centre!

Nicki was so friendly and kind. She booked my reservations in a very professional manner. I will surely make sure to get her for my next travel plans. I would recommend Nicki to anyone who requires assistance with their booking.

Ben Robertson was fantastic in booking our trip to South Africa. He was very prompt in his responses to our queries and efficient in sorting out seating issues with BA.
I would highly recommend Ben and Flight Centre Kitsilano.

I can’t thank Andrew Stafford and Nicki Clark enough for the service and support that they gave me anytime I want to travel or have any issues, which they address right away and solve. Can’t thank them enough and Flight Center . Thank You 🙏🏻

If I could give 6-starts review, I would be happy to do so. When I walked into Flight Centre location on W 4th in Kitsilano, surely the Fortune must smiled on me. I was warmly greeted by Ms. Katelyn L. who proved that amazing customer service didn't die. Katelyn was more than one can expect from a travel agent - professional, friendly, expertly putting our travel plans together with a warm smile, and patiently explaining all my questions. I will never go anywhere else for my future travels and I commend Flight Centre to hire such excellent employees, thank you!

I’ve been going to Flight Centre for years now and am so impressed by the assistance I’ve received from everyone at this office. I couldn’t travel without them.
Recently I went to Andrew Stafford with a trip-related insurance issue. He was incredibly patient and kind. And solved what to me had been a huge problem.
It’s great to have Flight Centre as a resource. Good work you all!

Ben was very informative and helpful and took the time to give us good travel trips

when travelling out of country and airlines was on strike Didac kept me calm reassured me with his teams knowledge and experience and explained what to do if needed - all went smoothly so grateful for choosing Didac at flight centre.

Becca was a treat to deal with while booking our trip, giving us lots of flight options, ensuring we found the best price for our itinerary. Thank you, Becca!

Ours was a fairly simple request - two return flights to San Jose del Cabo - but we wanted help from the professionals, and Becca's expertise was excellent! She walked us through the options, helped us to make a decision, and then covered all the booking details most efficiently and with a minimum of fuss. She was friendly and personable, and we would not hesitate to visit her again, should we need assistance with future travel plans.

We had s fairly stressful-to-organize family vacation with some stops and some members flying separately for some part of the trip. We walked-in the Flight Center and Becca, our agent helped us find the right flights and itinerary that adapted to our trip. At the end of the day we felt this was the most cost-effective way of booking.
