We offer Private, equipment, Duet and Small group Matwork classes. Catering for all ages and abilities the focus will be on addressing your personal needs and tailoring the workouts to suit each individual.

Highly recommend Flex Pilates
Jess is a skilful, creative & intuitive teacher. She has great anatomical knowledge & I’ve seen a huge difference in since starting 1-2-1 reformer sessions with her a year ago. Jess also kept me moving throughout my antenatal period which has really helped postpartum. Highly recommend Jess!

Jess is wonderful pilates teacher. Her knowledge and expertise shines through in every session. She caters for my individual needs which means I no longer suffer from back ache, have a much stronger core and am generally much leaner. Jess also challenges me to work harder in each session so I develop my skill. I move heaven and earth to get to each of my sessions - it is well worth it! Thanks Jess!

Best pilates in The Cotswolds
Highly recommend classes at Flex Pilates. Jess is a brilliant instructor and classes are fun as well as ensuring everyone works hard. One of her skills is ensuring individuals work on the specific areas they need to improve and gives you the confidence to try all the exercises. I enjoy using the equipment making every class a bit different
