Simply the best instructor. Tasha’s positive attitude and encouraging approach soon overcomes any initial nerves. Her classes are great fun whilst challenging, she caters for all levels and abilities. She has created a friendly and supportive workout community Thai love being part of.

I wanted to do 1-2-1 Pilates with Tasha to help build up my core strength again, post having my daughter in 2021, and to increase mobility in my hips and hamstrings. I decided to do the 1-2-1 sessions as opposed to group classes because I felt I needed more personalised attention.

As a previous athlete and current running coach, I appreciate how much correct form and technique matters and that’s where Tasha is brilliant. She not only knows her “stuff” but is a patient and dedicated instructor. She would go away each week to think about what we could do the next time, to help with my specific weaknesses.

Following our 7 weeks together in 1-2-1s I am much more aware of my body, especially the areas I need to continue to work on.

Tasha is always a joy to be around and instantly makes you feel at ease. I would 100% recommend Tasha’s 1-2-1 sessions and her group classes too.

I booked in for some 1:1 PT sessions with Tash following extensive abdominal surgery and chemotherapy. I had not exercised in over 6 months and really missed it. In hopes of returning to Tashas classes full-time, I wanted to assess my strength and build my stamina again. I was nervous before the first session as I had lost all confidence in my body following my treatment. Tasha put me at ease and asked all about my operation and carefully considered how it would affect me in returning to exercise. I was blown away with how tailored the sessions were and would urge anyone to book in 1:1 in order to re-establish exercise routines, start your route to fitness or even just tweak your general pilates practise. Tash is an amazing, supportive PT and I am so grateful for the advice I received. I came away from the sessions absolutely buzzing and confident in what my body could achieve again.

I joined a Zumba class and it is the very best thing. I am 74, so no spring chicken, but a very warm welcome and Tasha's lovely smile and encouragement has made it such fun. There is no shaming if I can't manage arms and legs together. We just have lots of laughs and feel so much better for attending. Thank you so much. Tasha, for making my Friday mornings so enjoyable.

Where do I start? I have done Tasha's classes pre covid, during covid and post covid. All contained her dedication, passion, attention to detail and leave you feeling happy with a sense of achievement. Every class is different so you are kept on your toes. Tasha is always there if you have a question or need help. I feel so very lucky to have joined Workout with Tasha and can recommend any of the classes be it live online, on demand or face to face. All contain the same level of energy and make you work 100% and leave you smiling 😁. I do Zumba, various pilates classes and dancefit so am able to review from a varied point of view.

I've only been to one of Tasha's Pilates classes. The reason being that I live in Greece so attended when on a short holiday to the UK. She was Fantastic. Knowledgeable, encouraging, and kind. She was watching everyone to make sure they were doing the exercises correctly so you felt very safe in her hands. I'm 60 and have some neck and back issues so want to be sure my teacher knows what they are doing. If I lived in the UK I would go to her classes regularly. She is the best Pilates teacher I have ever had the pleasure to do a class with.

Tasha leads a great range of classes for all abilities in an enthusiastic and motivational way. Tasha’s energy and sense of fun is both inspirational and infectious and I would highly recommend. Friendly, fun and rewarding classes - go on, give them a go!

I'm working online from home in Switzerland and the workout sessions with Tasha and the lovely group are a big hightlight to my "sitting at my desk and talking to peope" days. Tasha is such a wonderful person, always in a good mood, encouraging and creative, also challenging, with good music. I feel very much included and welcome to both online and in-person-classes although I can not be there myself.

Tasha’s classes are always fun, welcoming and varied. She’s very clever at being able to adapt routines to suit all abilities and levels of fitness. Tasha always has a smile on her face and I always leave with one on mine (and l’m getting fitter!)

Just had a fantastic morning of Pilates and Dance Fit with Tasha. Sessions are fun, uplifting and always different. Tasha is a great instructor, always has a warm smile and is full of enthusiasm. Her motivation, encouragement and wicked sense of humour are winners for me!

Friendly, professional trainer who caters for all abilities. I love the pilates classes and these are varied frequently so that you don't get bored. These classes are pleasantly challenging but easier options are also given. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Just love Tasha's classes - since she started with Zumba at Lea School hall, have been with her on her journey ever since! Am looking forward to getting back to classes with her - in fact can't wait. She is a very intelligent tutor, takes you as far as you want to go, then takes you further! One of the best teachers I have ever had. A lovely person too!

Tasha is a wonderful teacher. Being a larger lady, I always find the classes inclusive and Tasha is always on hand with a variation in exercise if needed. I also joined in with the online classes during lockdown, a breath of fresh air during those uncertain times. Can't recommend her classes enough. They are fantastic.

Just love Tasha’s workouts, the classes are so much fun it is easy to forget that you are exercising! Tasha’s way of teaching is always easy to follow and the atmosphere is lighthearted, a real bonus is you meet some lovely people too. If you haven’t tried it already, I highly recommend you do.
