Have been attending Jess's classes for a few years - and they are great. She is one of the best Pilates teachers in the area. I've also recently started doing her online classes - I really can't recommend these highly enough. It is like being in the room with Jess. I still have to motivate myself to start, but always feel better afterwards.

Jess is amazing profesional, considerate, inspirational and fun. I can not recomend Jess enough we are so lucky to have you here in Chipping Campden. I love your Pilates classes.

Jess is just brilliant so enthusiastic and, as importantly, patient. She puts in so much effort to each session it always seems like it’s the first time she is seeing you.

Jess is a wonderful instructor, adjusting exercises in tune with the needs of the individual.

I cannot recommend Flex Pilates highly enough. I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with Jess who focuses on my specific needs and mobility challenges. More importantly she makes them fun! Jess Kirkham is an amazing Pilates teacher but taking the plunge to start her own business, Flex Pilates, particularly in the throws of a pandemic, was a huge step. But Jess transferred her skills of working hard, discipline, planning and setting future goals that she uses with her clients to her business venture. Jess takes her work seriously and nothing is too much trouble for her to research her clients' issues and come up with appropriate exercises to help resolve. I know that my health is a lot better thanks to Flex Pilates and Jess is a lovely positive person who always makes you feel good about your progress.

What impresses me most is that Jess is able to explain in a very few words and often with great humour exactly what I need to do to carry out an exercise correctly. This is a great skill and means I get the most out of my session.

Jess is an excellent Pilates Teacher, she gives clear, precise and encouraging instruction, keeps a very keen eye on posture and technique and she is very personable. In just a few months with her, long standing aches and pains have disappeared and I am noticeably stronger. I highly recommend her.

Jess is an exceptional teacher she teaches in such a manner which makes you feel at ease at once. She explains everything so simply so you are able to understand immediately what is being asked of you. Always look forward to our session with her.

I am in my 70s and have been doing Pilates with Jess for 8 years now, following a fall that left me with SI joint pain when moving. I no longer suffer from that pain and my whole body is now much stronger and flexible. Jess is extremely knowledgeable about the mechanics of the body, and she is able to tailor the exercises to match abilities, but still challenge and strengthen as progress is made. She is a wonderful instructor, friendly and cheerful, and ever watchful, so notices when you are not quite doing something correctly or if you are struggling, finding an alternative way to get the same benefit. Jess is an absolutely outstanding teacher, she is encouraging, allows you to challenge yourself, and has a wonderful sense of humour. She always varies the exercises so you never get bored, and if you do a duo class with two of you, she is able to seamlessly instruct both people to maximum effect, even if they are completely different abilities. I've taken my 42 year old husband and 81 year old father and Jess is equally brilliant with everyone. Results also speak for themselves; I feel stronger, more stable, more flexible and less injury prone. That is why I've recommended Jess to everyone who will listen!

Jess is an amazing teacher! She is not only enthusiastic, knowledgeable and encouraging but she quickly gets to know her clients capabilities and adjusts her sessions to help them. They are always fun, worthwhile and I always look forward to them!

I have been attending Pilates sessions with Jess at Flexpilates for more than 2 years, including private lessons, online and studio sessions, both mat work and reformer. Jess has always been flexible and supportive regarding my health issues, the Covid pandemic and availability to attend sessions. Her enthusiasm for what she does is very evident. She gives very clear guidance and helpful comments during sessions. I have benefitted greatly from taking up Pilates and while sessions with Jess can be challenging at times, which is what I want, they are always productive, rewarding and enjoyable.

Amazing Pilates studio for all levels of fitness, mobility and age. Bespoke, professional and excellent service from Jess to help me reach my fitness and mobility goals.
