TV stand is OK but that's about it
All of the stuff I ordered did arrive but at different times via different carriers. The TV stand, etc do seem to be good quality and basically matched their on-line descriptions. I am not however that enamoured with the design of the shelf and sound bar supports. Additionally the sound bar support looks a bit "agricultural" with my particular sound bar (Samsung).

I had an issue with one of the wheels…
I had an issue with one of the wheels of my TV stand that broke after the warranty period. I contacted customer support and was very impressed with the fast and personal response. Replacement wheels were sent quickly, and the whole process was smooth and uncomplicated. I am very satisfied with both the product and the excellent support, and I would definitely purchase their products again. Thank you for the prompt and personal assistance!

Received a product, and want to return within the 30days. They will not send the return label. Instead they are trying to offer money off to keep it. Shitty customer service; unethical business practices. Eamon - send the damn label. Im launching a dispute with AMEX.

Ich habe den TV Ständer für meinen Sohn…
Ich habe den TV Ständer für meinen Sohn bestellt mit einer Ablage und Soundbar Halterung . Das Packet war sehr schnell geliefert worden und es wiegt einiges.
Als es dann ans auspacken ging, wussten wir warum es so gewichtig war.
Es ist KEIN Billiger Mist das möchte ich schon mal vorweg nehmen!
Der Ständer ist einfach zu montieren, die Jungendlichen haben den ganzen alle Aufgebaut. Die Aufbauanleitung einfach zu verstehen, es wird alles mitgeliefert was zum Aufbauen benötigt wird.
Eine Soundbar zog dann auch gleich mit ein aber auch keine kleine!! Und die klickt sich wunderbar in die mit bestellte Halterung ein . Das ganze Werk steht nun an Ort und Stelle, kein Karbel durcheinander weil alles in den dafür vorgesehenen Raum hinter der Ständerhalterung verlegt wird. Die Anschlüsse vom TV passen hervorragend durch den Bildschirmhalter .
Ja günstig war der Ständer nicht wir hatten das Glück, dass gerade eine Rabatt Action war.
Das schöne ist das wir sogar noch nachrüsten können wenn er auszieht und den Ständer z.B. Rollen geben möchte oder noch eine zweite Ablage dazu haben möchte.
Das war eine Investorin für eine sehr lange Zeit.

No flexibility at all
Wanted to swap - on my costs - one of the shelfs for the now available Soundbar holder (by then not available) of the ZEN TV rack. Not used, not unpacked. On my costs! Would have required a minimum on flexibility and goodwill. But was denied from their side with the argument, that the purchase was more than 30 days away. No idea about product quality so far - but the flexibility of the company is really poor. Would certainly not buy again.
