Great Stand, Even Better Customer Support
I recently bought the Fit Zen FT88 TV Stand and the Universal Casters W1 to make it easier to move my TV between rooms. However, I had a minor issue with the Universal Casters W1. I got in touch with the FITUEYES Customer Support, and after a few email exchanges to clarify the issue, I received a replacement that works perfectly within a few days.
I'm really enjoying using the Fit Zen FT88 TV Stand. If you don't already have one, I recommend you get one as soon as possible. You'd love it!

Ich habe den TV-Ständer ZEN FT 65 gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Gesamtprodukt. Der TV-Ständer ist sehr edel und zeichnet sich durch ein durchdachtes Kabelmanagement aus: Die Kabel vom Fernseher, von der SAT-Receiver etc. verschwinden im Kabelschacht des Holzelementes und sind dadurch nicht mehr sichtbar, was die ohnehin schon gute Optik perfektioniert. Ich kann dieses Produkt nur empfehlen! Die Kommunikation mit FITUEYES war Bestens und kulant hat sich FITUEYES nach einem Fehler in der Bestellung von mir auch noch gezeigt! Einfach nur Klasse! The product arrived promptly and the…
The product arrived promptly and the quality was superb for the price. I'm only docking one star as the package was sent to a business instead of an individual incorrectly, which meant the local delivery service wouldn't bring the package to my door as agreed. This meant I had to borrow my friends car to retrieve the package from a service point which I was lucky to be able to do. Customer support did give me a partial refund for the shipping (I didn't even ask for a full refund, not sure if it'd been possible). The customer service was very polite and co-operative which is why I felt the experience overall deserved 4* instead of 3* as I doubt this accident will happen again.

Unclear product limitation but excellent recovery actions
I bought a Master Floor TV Stand V2 PRO from Fitueyes which was advertised with a portrait orientation function. However, when I attempted to use this feature with my Samsung TV, I discovered it was incompatible due to a requirement that the TV must have a central VESA mount.
I subsequently returned the item and was refunded the product price. Fitueyes initially refused to reimburse my return shipping cost as suggested in their return policy claiming this is not a quality issue.
I then liaised with Fitueyes team pointing out that this limitation of the product was not prominently shown on the product page to inform the customer to make the correct purchase.
Fitueyes acknowledged the issue and took responsibility for the confusion regarding the product information. Fitueyes agreed to update the product page and fully reimburse the return shipping cost.
Whilst I was disappointed initially on the purchase and the return/refund process, I am deeply impressed by the quick responses, willingness to listen and the prompt recovery actions that Fitueyes have taken to address the issue.
On a side note, I purchased another product from Fitueyes that suits my need to put my TV in portrait orientation. There were hiccups in my experience with Fitueyes, but I recommend Fitueyes for their excellent customer support, good quality products, well packaged parts and clear installation instructions.

Ordered the ZEN FT88 Floor TV Stand & ZEN/Cantor Soundbar Bracket. Autofill on the laptop added an incorrect post code. When I realised, I contacted Fitueyes by email & got an immediate response from Will in their support team. He was always alert to my emails & responded nearly instantly each time; it took a while for the two couriers to redirect the items but Will was attentive, sympathetic & reassuring throughout. The two items arrived in perfect condition, were reasonably simple to assemble & look great.

I recently purchased the FITUEYES Master Series V2 TV Stand in white, and overall I'm happy with my purchase.
The ordering process wasn't completely smooth because I had some issues applying the discount code on the website. I contacted customer service, and despite the technical problems, they were helpful and assisted me in completing my order successfully.
Assembly was straightforward, and the TV stand looks exactly as expected. It has a clean, modern design and fits my living space beautifully.
The only downside was that the mounting bolts included in the package were not compatible with my 65-inch Sony Bravia TV. I had to make an extra trip to Home Depot to purchase the correct bolts, which was an unexpected additional cost and inconvenience. I think it would be helpful if FITUEYES included a wider selection of mounting hardware or clearly indicated that some TV models may require different bolts.
Other than that, I'm very satisfied with the quality, appearance, and stability of the TV stand. It looks elegant, feels sturdy, and I'm enjoying it so far. Overall, I would recommend it, especially if FITUEYES improves the included mounting hardware.

Great product, even better Customer Service
Great product, superior Customer Service. Original braces for our outdoor TV stand were too small for our TV. Fitueyes quickly solved the issue, shipping adapters, allowing us to complete our deck setup in time for our summer enjoyment.
