Kundenservice Fehlanzeige
Ich versuche seit 3 Tagen eine Rückgabe des Artikels zu klären. Seit 3 Tagen ist der Kundenservice nicht erreichbar, weder telefonisch noch per mail. Obwohl in den Antworten auf ähnliche Erfahrungen behauptet wird, man bekäme innerhalb von 24 Stunden eine Antwort. Dies ist einfach nicht der Fall! Update: Der Support über den Partner in Deutschland scheint nicht zu funktionieren. Ich habe dann die supporteu Adresse kontaktiert und umgehend ein Returnlabel und auch die Gutschrift erhalten. Sehr gute und wertschätzende Kommunikation, von daher vergebe ich in der Gesamtschau 3 Sterne.

Outdoor Eiffel TV Stand
This is the 2nd FITUEYES TV stand I ordered. The package arrived quickly and was well packaged. This is for my SunBrite outdoor TV on a back deck. The powder coated frame appears to be very well constructed and is super stable. We can now roll the TV anywhere we want on the deck and point it in any direction. Very happy with it so far.

I emailed 3 times for them to text or email me a label to send back the unopened box of shelf. To take to UzpS or FedX have not heard from them. I took there message to UPS they said get them to send code, or label. Help !!!!
