Good product, lousy customer service
After 7 days following my order, the package had not been sent and I had no information or answer to my phone calls or emails made to the company.
The delivery was supposed to be under 3 days so I was getting a bit concerned.
I finally decided to write here to trigger some kind of response, and it seemed to have done the trick since the following day the package was sent out and I received an email from their customer service saying my emails had been lost in spam due to a glitch in the system and were asking me to take down my negative comment on trustpilot.
I have received my tv stand, it's all perfect, looks sturdy and nice, the product is good.
The customer service should be better, very difficult to get any kind of response through the normal channels, doesn't make it trustworthy, but at the end of the day, I got my stand and it appears to be a good product.

Item arrived without extra shelf that I had paid for.
I have been trying to contact them to find out why part of my order was missing and I can’t even get a response by any method tried!
Not good enough. It is a shame as I love the item. But if an order is missing items paid for there needs to be some way to communicate that WORKS !

Part delivery- no response
I have received a response from FITUEYES now, and happily resolved the issue. The item I ordered is on Pre-Order and expected from the 15th. It appears their responses had gone to my spam, although I haven’t found them yet! It’s a shame in this day and age that you can’t make a simple phone call to sort these things out, but that’s progress I guess!! Looking forward to receiving my Stand, there isn’t anything else like it on the market, so I’m glad to have resolved role communication problem I was having below. Thank you SupportUK.
I have only received the accessories for the TV stand I ordered. Their website indicates that the my order is fulfilled, but I’m missing the main component still!!
I have tried emailing several times, and using the website contact form many times, it’s been a week now and not a single response to any of my accepts to contact them.
They don’t have a number to reach them on, but they claim to answer emails within 24hrs, well they don’t!!
I’m left extremely frustrated and left with no options but to contact PayPal and get my money back, I hope!
A real shame the product looks awesome but the after sales care is diabolical.

Solid and stylish
Not sure about the name, but the product is quite nice. Deducted one star for styrofoam packaging and lack of convenient height adjustability. Height can be adjusted with a hex wrench, but the unit is not designed for routine and quick height adjustment. Moreover, the pole is a fixed length, so in our case the top of the pole is visible above the TV at our chosen height. That said, it's a nice looking unit, and even the faux wood finish of the pole is done well and looks like walnut from any reasonable distance (on our black unit). Assembly is easy, and the unit overall is surprising for its quality of build and finish, thus it is an excellent value.

Bought a TV stand which is great quality, later decided to buy the shelf to match. Both products are great and I’m really happy with them.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong colour shelf first and reached out to customer service to see if I could change before dispatch. Customer service was fantastic and sorted this quickly. Later I actually received both colour shelf’s and reached back out to customer service to return one. They said I could keep as a gift.

ng…Über zwei Wochen ohne Lieferung – Verantwortungsverschiebung und bekannte Probleme
Eine äußerst enttäuschende und besorgniserregende Erfahrung. Ich habe vor über zwei Wochen direkt auf der offiziellen Website von Fitueyes bestellt und bezahlt. Bis heute gibt es weder ein geliefertes Produkt noch eine verlässliche Sendungsverfolgung – und vor allem keinerlei Lösung.
Der sogenannte Kundenservice beschränkt sich auf verspätete, standardisierte Antworten und ein ständiges Abschieben der Verantwortung zwischen internen Stellen und dem Versanddienstleister. Es gibt keine echte Untersuchung des Problems, keine klare Kommunikation und keinerlei verbindliche Zusage zur Lieferung oder Rückerstattung.
Erst im Nachhinein stelle ich fest, dass es zahlreiche ähnliche negative Bewertungen mit genau denselben Problemen gibt. Es ist sehr bedauerlich, dass ich diese Erfahrungen nicht vor meiner Bestellung gesehen habe – das hätte mich eindeutig davon abgehalten, hier zu bestellen.
Wenn ein Unternehmen Zahlungen entgegennimmt, aber über Wochen hinweg nicht in der Lage ist, eine Bestellung nachzuvollziehen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen oder eine konkrete Lösung anzubieten, ist das absolut inakzeptabel. Das Vertrauen ist damit vollständig zerstört.
Solange Fitueyes keine zuverlässige Logistik, transparente Kommunikation und einen echten Kundenservice nachweist, kann ich nur dringend davon abraten, direkt über diese Website zu bestellen.

Rücksendung problematisch
Wir haben den TV-Ständer mit zwei Böden bestellt. Leider sind die Böden zu klein für unsere Geräte wie DVD-Player etc. Daher wollten wir die Böden zur Gutschrift zurücksenden. Das wollte Fitueyes erst nicht, dann hat man uns aber doch ein Rücksendungsetikett gesendet. Nun haben wir die Böden zurückgeschickt vor drei Wochen, erhalten aber keine Gutschrift. Und auf meine Emails antwortet auch niemand mehr. Ich würde nicht mehr dort bestellen.
Der TV-Ständer ist optisch ganz schön, aber leider bekommt man die Kabel der Geräte wie DVD Player etc. von vorne nicht in den Kabelkanal. Somit hat man doch wieder störende Kabel .

We received the wrong shelf however the customer service just sent back the right one. The delay of answers is longer than what we are used to, but it is a genuine company and I recommend it!

I ordered the ZEN FT65 Floor TV Stand and shelves from FITUEYES, and I’m extremely impressed. The order arrived very quickly and was packaged with great care. We are over the moon with our purchase — the quality is outstanding. We’ve had so many compliments on how contemporary it looks, and it fits perfectly in our newly decorated room. I highly recommend this company.
I also contacted FITUEYES by email because we didn’t need the cable ties we ordered; the stand has plenty of space to hide the cables, plus a backing plate that keeps everything neatly covered. FITUEYES responded quickly and resolved the issue with the unused item without any hassle.

Klebeband nachgeklebt. An einer Ecke ist die Verpackung nicht korrekt verschlossen
und weist sogar eine OFFENE Stelle auf. Ich vermute es handelt sich um eine Retourenware. Nach einer Rückfrage bekam ich eine Antwort: "dass die beobachteten Veränderungen auf eine zweiteilige Verpackung durch den Kurierdienst zurückgehen. Dies ist eine übliche Maßnahme des Dienstleisters zur Verstärkung und Schonung der Pakete während des Transports – die Ware selbst wurde nicht vorgeöffnet oder zuvor verkauft.". Das muss ich leider zur Kenntnis nehmen, schließlich fehlt mir die Zeit für eine Retoure und eine Nachsendung neuer Ware. Aber zufrieden bin ich nicht.
