Top Qualität mit langwierigen Kommunikation als Schönheitsfehler
Der TV-Ständer selbst verdient für mich klar 5 Sterne. Verarbeitung, Stabilität und vor allem die Optik überzeugen – im Raum wirkt er hochwertig und sehr ästhetisch.
Die Kundenkommunikation hingegen war für mich sehr anstrengend und würde eher 2 Sterne verdienen. Antworten kamen meist nur einmal täglich, auch wenn ich selbst innerhalb weniger Minuten reagiert habe. Dadurch zog sich der Abstimmungsprozess unnötig in die Länge und kostete viel Zeit und Nerven.
Zudem wurden einige meiner Fragen nicht direkt beantwortet, und eine Lieferung wurde voreilig verschickt, obwohl ich zuvor um Anpassung der Produktauswahl gebeten hatte.
Ohne die spätere Lösung hätte der gesamte Ablauf für mich eher 3 Sterne verdient. Positiv ist jedoch, dass der Händler am Ende einen zusätzlichen Rabatt angeboten hat und die Erstattung zuverlässig erfolgte. Der gelieferte Ständer passt glücklicherweise sehr gut in meinen Raum.
Daher insgesamt 4 Sterne: ein sehr gutes Produkt, aber deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial in der Kommunikation.

Verweigern die Rückzahlung der zurückgesandten Ware
Ich habe leider die Bestellung stornieren müssen. Die Ware ist auch ordnungsgemäß beim Lieferanten angekommen. Sie haben mir dies sogar per Email bestätigt. Nur die Rückzahlung auf mein Paypal-Konto verweigern sie. Jetzt haben sie die Ware und mein Geld.
Es ist eine Unverschämtheit. Sie haben den Erhalt der Ware bestätigt und sind gesetzlich zur Rückzahlung verpflichtet. Also VORSICHT bei diesem Händler!!!

FITUEYES verweigert keine Rückerstattungen. Wir haben den Erhalt Ihrer Rücksendung ordnungsgemäß bestätigt und die Rückzahlung wurde unsererseits bereits in die Wege geleitet.
Das Problem liegt hier jedoch in einem offenen PayPal-Fall: Sobald ein Käuferschutzantrag oder ein Konflikt bei PayPal eröffnet wird, friert PayPal den entsprechenden Betrag auf unserem Konto ein. In diesem Zustand haben wir technisch keinen Zugriff mehr auf die Transaktion und können keine manuelle Erstattung auslösen, bis PayPal den Fall abschließt oder der Konflikt vom Käufer geschlossen wird.
Wir haben Ihnen bereits per E-Mail erläutert, dass wir darauf warten, dass das System die Gelder freigibt. Wir möchten Ihnen Ihr Geld so schnell wie möglich zurückgeben, sind jedoch an die Prozesse von PayPal gebunden.
Unser Lösungsvorschlag: Sobald der PayPal-Fall geschlossen wird, ist die Blockierung aufgehoben und wir können die Rückzahlung sofort finalisieren.

UPDATE: I have heard from them and they have resolved my issue. I still think they should offer a phone option as their chat system doesn’t seem to be manned.
I have tried to reach them 3 different times via their website, chat and 2 emails. They have no phone number to contact them. They sent me the wrong item and I want to return it to get it replaced. Apparently they don't care after they get their money. Stay away. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Request for cancellation was denied
I placed an order on Friday evening and noticed right after reviewing the order again that the demonstrations wouldn’t be a fit where the item will belong. I requested a cancellation immediately. I received a response today saying that the order has been processed and for me to have a pleasant life.

Poor customer service
They said that they will replace broken parts on their equipement, but I can't even get a reply from them to start to process. I have sent over a dozen emails and not a single response. Very poor customer service.
