Unfortunately they were let down by poor courier, Evri, who were absolutely shocking - lost one parcel, then a second and when I cancelled and asked for a refund Fitueyes were very accommodating and didn’t make a fuss. But…Just before refund was processed both original and replacement items were magically found and delivered by Evri

Bought a Canton 100 tv stand - looks beautiful.
Initially ordered the wrong stand, but fitueyes thankfully sorted this out for me.
When the stand arrived it had been very slightly damaged in transit, but again Fitueyes acknowledged this and gave me a discount and as mark was hideable then we accepted this.

Minimum in Sachen Qualität, erfüllt nichtmal den Zweck
Nach Anleitung aufgebaut, genau wie gedacht. Wenn ich ein Plattenspieler-Rack kaufe, das nicht aus Vollholz ist und trotzdem über 350€ kostet, erwarte ich zumindest Funktionalität. Wenn ich allerdings als Designer ein Fach für Schallplatten mache, sollte ich eventuell berücksichtigen, dass diese dann auch senkrecht stehend mit den Covers hineinpassen, was bei dem Rack aus der Eiffel-Serie spätestens mit outer Sleeves ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit ist.
Dann gibt es da die nette Idee mit der Schiebetür, die in der Theorie auf Schienen - die auf den optisch mäßigen und äußerst minderwertig wirkenden Holzplatten vormontiert sind - verschiebbar sind, und entweder die Schallplatten im linken Teil des Racks oder das rechte Fach zum Verstauen bedecken soll. Das lustige daran ist, dass diese Funktion nichts bringt, denn die Schallplatten ragen so weit heraus, dass sie über die Schienen hinausragen. Ohne diesem Schiebetürchen jedoch biegt sich mit der Zeit das obere Brett leicht ein und der Plattenspieler steht nicht mehr in der Waage.
Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn - ich kann freundlichst abraten.

Wir möchten Ihnen hierzu die genaue Erklärung geben: Der vorgesehene Stauraum für Schallplatten hat eine Höhe von 320 mm, welche auf Standard‑Vinyl‑Platten ausgelegt ist. Bei Nutzung zusätzlicher Outer‑Sleeve‑Schutzhüllen überschreitet die Gesamtgröße diesen Wert, weshalb die Platten nicht senkrecht eingestellt werden können.
Wir nehmen diesen Hinweis auf und werden die Größe des Stauraums bei zukünftigen Modellen optimieren.
Die von Ihnen angesprochenen Probleme mit der Schiebetür und der Stabilität des oberen Brettes stammen von einer älteren Produktversion.
Diese alte Version ist bereits seit längerem ausverkauft, alle derzeit verkauften Geräte sind verbesserte Neuversionen ohne diese Mängel.

J ai achete un pieds prenium Fitueyes pour une TV 75 pouves dans la chambre le montage etait tres simple tres bien explique, crochete la tv de maniere securisee , avec son design redonne vit a votre espace tv. Du coup j en ai pris un second j ai pu reamenager le coin salon, sa resistance en metal est parfaite pour les grandes tv 75 pouces, il y a mele le support barre de son eventuellement meme si je ne l ai pas personnellement. Le SAV est tres attentif aux soucis et reactifs j ai recu ma livraison hyper rapidement et meme bien plutot que prevu. Avec leur pied qui part du sol c est s offrir l avcessibilite a une immersion cinema a la maison. Je recommande fortement

Late delivery and non existent customer service
Ordered this on Monday along with a tv from AO. Delivery from this company was positioned as “express”.
Wednesday the tv arrives and I’m told the stand has been dispatched.
Friday still no stand. You can’t contact them except email so I emailed them lunchtime. 8 hours later and nothing.
Do NOT order from these guys. I will be seeking a refund. Unacceptable.

My experience has been very positive
My experience has been very positive. I purchased the MasterV2 FT65 stand which is the second stand I have ordered from the company, the first being for my company.
The delivery arrived promptly within a few days and was well packed.
I had reason to contact customer support for a couple of questions and the response and help was fantastic. I cannot fault the support I was given.
Overall, I am very pleased with the stand and the buying experience, and would definitely purchase from Fitueyes again in the future.

The Picasso tv stand was exactly what I…
The Picasso tv stand was exactly what I needed. I had been looking to buy a media console but I only needed it for a tv and happened to discover this much better solution for my space. I ordered on a Friday and received it the following Wednesday. I put it together myself in about 90 min and was even able to mount the tv myself (it was only 55 inches). For reference I am 5’1” and 105lbs. The company was very responsive when I mistakenly thought some of the screws had not been included ( they were, I just didn’t see them in the packaging). Overall very good experience. I got the version without a shelf for a soundbar and was able to use Velcro to mount my Apple TV underneath and it works great. I do recommend getting some Velcro straps to attach the cords to the back leg as mine were too bulky to fit under the cord cover. You can’t see the straps at all and I’m super happy with the result.

Beau meuble, original et cossu, SAV au top !
Excellente qualité du meuble et montage facile ( les explications sont très bien faites et le compartimentage des pièces évite les erreurs) Les pièces sont également très bien ajustées : tout s'emboite sans forçage. Le rendu est superbe : cossu est solide. Enfin, le suivi de commande est au top : un choc à la livraison a endommagé le colis et j'ai été très bien accompagnée par Will jusqu'à résolution. Bravo et grand merci pour tout cela !

Wat een top bedrijf! Ik vergeet altijd de naam haha maar even opzoeken en hij is weer gevonden. Nu meerdere keren besteld en we zijn er ontzettend blij mee! De klantenservice is ook echt zo vriendelijk en ze zijn lekker snel in reageren! 🥰 De mogelijkheid om via Klarna te betalen vind ik ook wel een hele fijne.

Excellent quality product. Easy to assemble. I also ordered an additional item, which I then found was not suitable. Customer service were very helpful and refunded the item. They made me feel as if it was no trouble and a valued customer.

Soundbar bracket great - but required an additional part
I ordered a soundbar bracket for my Picasso Easel Stand. It duly arrived as promised but when we finished putting it together, we realised it was impossible to fix it to the centre plate of the easel stand. I contacted Fitueyes explaining the issue and also informing them that my stand was over 3 years old. I received a prompt response from Will in Customer Support, who explained that a newer model of the stand had been introduced and that I needed the newer central plate. They offered to send me the part which arrived 10 days later. I very quickly managed to complete the installation and the soundbar bracket looks great! Would have given 5 stars if the correct parts had arrived with the original order, but the issue was very quickly rectified and I'm very pleased with the end result
