Ordered a onewheel xr as I don't like the GT and XRs new are getting rare now. Found this one, paid via PayPal on their website. Got an email the next day saying they don't take PayPal orders from the UK due to fraud. Why offer this on the website then?! Worst is to come. After over a week and 6 emails they eventually started the cancellation process. They have kept 171euros even though they cancelled the order! Had to report to PayPal as they aren't replying to my messages anymore. Do not risk if you're from the UK!

Würde nie wieder dort etwas bestellen. Null Kooperationsbereitschaft. Geschäftsbedingungen sehr fragwürdig. Fast alle E-Scooter sind auf Deutschen und den meisten Europäischen Straßen verboten und dürfen nicht betrieben werden.

I'm still waiting for the refund but never see my money back (1849€) since two months. I've phoned FatDaddy and said to me that i'll be refund but i'm still wainting...
I've engage a UE customer procedure. Its deplorable, cant believe that !

Fatdaddy is the most unprofessional dealer of super 73 and I advise everyone NOT to do business with them

It has taken 72 working days (over 3 months) for fatdaddy to deliver a new battery after I received the bicycle with a defect.

After many emails and calls with fatdaddy - but no answer. It turns out that the battery has never been sent on and has therefore sat idle at fatddady for over 2 months..

However, in the few emails I received, Fatdaddy has claimed that the battery has been forwarded to the super 73

But I have been in close dialogue with Super 73 and that way I found out that fatdaddy has LIED to me about where the battery has been

Fatdaddy does not take responsibility and passes on the blame instead of taking responsibility and fixing things..

After a purchase of approx. DKK 23,700, I can see that the bike has dropped in price... A LOT in price - it costs today only approx. DKK 16,800..on the danish website - but around DKK 20.000 on another??

Fatdaddy do NOT deserve a single penny from more buyers when their service and work approach is so bad

Step gekocht een vsett10+ bij faddy daddy.ik had last van een een platte band toen ik de step binnen had.in 1maand tijd 3 lekke band gehad . volgens fatdaddy komt dat .dat ik de band niet op de goeie bar opgepompt heb.ben zelf na banden specialist geweest ze beoordelen dat komt dat de band te lang op lekke band heb gestaan heb .dan komt dat slag in de band komt dan niet in vorm is .dan draait de binnenband stuk maar volgens fatdaddy valt dat niet in gerantie.uit compensatie willen ze het wel kijken als ze kunnen maken..uit eindelijk willen ze het doen maar de specialisten hebben ze niet om een band te kunnen maken.na 3 maanden was ik er klaar mee.ik heb hem uiteindelijk na zero step.nl gestuurd
Binnen half uur was het geregeld..ik vind gewoon als je step van 2k koopt dat ze minstens rij klaar kan regelen is het niet gedaan.ze doen aan dropshipping.en dat kan iedereen wel om geld verdienen . vervelende bedrijf.weinig tot geen contact
Bij zero step.binnen 1min contact .zeer mee bedenkend en meegaan.

Bestelling na 7 dagen nogsteeds niet aangekomen ( custommer support / contact) niet bereikbaar bestelling komt niet na 5 dagen aan maar word verzonden na 5 dagen wat ik niet kunnen vindt

Ordered an Inmotion v12 EUC for 2500€ a month ago and it has still not been shipped. Sent several emails asking for an update on what's going on but have been completely ignored. Finally asked for the order to be canceled over a week ago because I gave up hope but that was also ignored.

Update:
Called the support and found out there had been a series of mistakes that led to this situation including my emails being marked as spam so they couldn't read them. Phone support was very helpful, they gave me a full refund and offered me a coupon as a sorry for the trouble if I ever wanted to shop with them again.

Excelente compra y extremadamente eficiente! El pedido lo he recibido en menos de 48horas en casa (Barcelona-Spain). Muy contenta con mi EUC y muy contenta con la empresa!
Nota: no entren en pánico (como yo) cuando reciban el mensaje de confirmación del pedido (sobre una donación que has hecho a unos pequeños)... Es como un pequeño chiste (que casi me mata del susto..) pero porque yo no soy muy graciosa jajajaja, no penséis que es una estafa. Todo llegó perfecto, impecable y muchisimo antes de lo esperado! Gracias equipo de fatdaddy por aclarar mis dudas antes de la compra y por ser tan eficaces! Sin duda recomendaré la página!

Extremely bad customerservice. My son bought a onewheel back in June. It didn't work 100%. After Fatdaddy tried to help without success, we decided to return the onewheel and we were promised that Fatdaddy would refund the money. Fatdaddy received the onewheel at their office on the 12th of July. I still haven't got my refund - so they have both my sons onewheel and his money. They don't answer my last 4 emails and when talking to them they apologize, but they have been bussy... Do not buy anything from this place!!

The eScooter i wanted to buy was not in stock, but we did find an alternate solution, everything was quick and painless and shipping from them was fast (cannot fault fatdaddy for any delays from the courier) i absolutely recommend fatdaddy for your next scooter purchase!

Ordered something, Said it was in stock. We are three weeks later now. Still nothing recieved.

I even mailed to get info about the state of the order. And haven't received feedback.

I placed an order for a Super73. I was told it was being shipped. After two weeks I rang them because they were not responding to emails. They said they had one available but then said “sorry we can’t ship to Ireland” so I cancelled. 7 working days later I still haven’t received my refund and have sent three emails all of which have not been responded to.
Appalling customer service. Don’t believe their website.
I am genuinely disappointed not to be getting my bike.
*Addition 13 days after above post. Still no received refund and not responding to emails. I’ve had to generate a retrieval of funds through credit card. How are these guys in business?

I like very much the bike. I haven't use it jet because I am not enough clever in assembling things particularly with the front brake that came ready to be assembled but no mention how in the instruction books nor in the youtube. Two screws were missing but apart of that I am completely satisfy and I will recommend myfriends to buy the product.

Ordered a KNAAP bike June 7th at 22:30, it was delivered the next day at 12:40 with all options assembled, fully charged and ready to ride. Amazing speed and service.

Alles is gemakelijk doorgelopen en snelle Antwoord op Al mijn vragen en nu wacht ik juist nog de tijd van de levering. Mvg
