Update: because of the email provider the shop's emails didn't arrived to me. Finally chosen another communication email. After all they sent me the missing items.
So I modified the 1* rating into 5*.
Hopefully in the future won't be any issues with my orders.

Original review: Placed an order on 14.01.2025 on this webshop. Bought some Olight flashlights from this website (alongside with other cheaper items).
Both flashlights came in their original packaging (some decent transport cases, on which was clearly mentioned the contents/accessories included). Also double-checked on their website if the flashlights comes WITH rechargeable batteries (3x 18650 type, 3400mAh). Both on the evike-europe.com and on flashlight's packaging, in the "list of accessories" the batteries were present. Yet one of the transport cases had NO batteries inside at all. These batteries are quite expensive, so after I received the package from courier, and opened the box, I sent immediately an email to the webshop's email address, to report the issue.
Have to mention, the shipping box had zero damage, nor was resealed, so NOONE had access to it's contents. Therefore the product was sent out with missing parts. Interesting also, that the flashlight's transport case had no seal, and this one, with missing items, had NO warranty card.
Took pictures, sent email, with all the necessary details, and waited. A day. Two Days. Sent another email. Now, after on the 5th day after reporting the issue with my order, they still didn't bother to give me a reply...
I really needed these products (FULLY FUNCTIONAL flashlights, as had to be, with batteries INCLUDED) for this weekend. Yet, I got 0 response from their behalf.
It's a shame. They just sell products that are incomplete, and "ghosts" you after...
I DO NOT recommend this store! I can imagine the headache if you get a faulty item... Probably you get the same treatment as I got.

Still waiting for a bb order…

Still waiting for a bb order…. Been a month now. It’s in customs clearance they say and can take 2 weeks. Yes I understand that but why does it take so long to toss in a box and tape it up?

Customer service also takes WAY too long to answer emails and provide weak or lame excuses as to why it took over 5 days to hear back.

Redwolf is way better yes shipping sucks but you’ll get your order in the same month you order it.

Better options for folks living in NL. Don’t bother with this joke of a site. Too bad cause evike USA is amazing.

The aeg order required nabv i get that but it took 4 days before customer service replied they received the required info. Don’t pretend you’re better than you are.

The waiting time is killing. Never received

It has been a whole month from ordering, and yet nothing received... to be fair it was shipped from USA (yes I'm talking about Evike Europe).. however, according to their informations online, the parcel should have been delivered a week earlier..

Worst part, the status have been and is STILL "Packing" for the last 20+ days.

Really bad experience…

Really bad experience…

Gun didn’t work when arriving, so I send it back. We have been emailing to come to a solution. Now I wanted a full refund but that wasn’t possible, the gas magazine wasn’t compatible with the gun. So I wanted to switch it with one that was. No response about any of this, only now an email saying the package has already been send…

Nice products but often missing some stuff in the package.

You can get some good deals there or some rare stuff, but they very very often forget to put everything in the box, or they even put the wrong address on the package.
And the delivery time are weird (to Austria), sometiems only like 2 days and than over 2 weeks (for products shippend from france) but i guess that is not the fault of evike.

But at least the custoemer servicee is pretty good.

I have to say over all it is definitely the worst shop in Europe you can buy from.

Bordeaux vient de fermer...
Les répliques achetés sont fragiles, le SAV (Service Après Vente) ne fonctionne pas. Les retours de marchandises sont trop compliqués. Vous êtes suspicieux, et vindicatif lorsque l'on vous appelle.
Une fois vendu vos répliques , vous ne voulez plus vous en occuper. Mauvaise entreprise pour de mauvaise répliques. A fuir ou à détester au choix !

Good Service

the help with my account problems was great. my order is almost done waiting for my last item (from the usa so that can take a while) the only thing that would make the 5th star would be to add my nabv credentials during the order step so that i won't have to make an email to you :)

Terrible customer service

Ordered a pistol, mask and extra magazine for my upcoming games and some video content. What i recieved was the mask that was great... But the rest of the items were far from it. The magazine was leaking gas and on top of that they had sent me the wrong pistol. The pistol i recieved was a more modern version and cost about €70 more. I contacted them about it giving suggestions how we could resolve it. 2 days passed then it was a weekend. Heard back from them now on monday telling me to send them the pistol back (which is all fair) and once they recieve it they will send the correct item. They want me to send it back to them, wait a week for it to arrive to them before they process with sending me what i ordered resulting in me waiting a total of 3 weeks for my item. Still waiting for a reply to my latest reply that was sent 2 hours ago.

Bon contact et vendeur sérieux

Il a fallu 3 envois pour que le colis arrive à destination, la faute à Mondial Relay. Malgré tout, Evike n'a jamais réchigné à me renvoyer le colis et ce dans les plus brefs délais. De plus, le service client s'est montré patient et professionnel. Je recommande.
