Defective
Well, I've bought many times, but this last time was terrible. I'm very unhappy because they sent me a defective gun and they sent it right away. According to what I spoke to support, it's my fault. Very bad.

Good customer service but complicated return
Good asortment and good customer service. Just got my vfc scar so barely tried it but so far so good. Wrote to them about a return and thats the only thing i would compain about. I dont have a problem with paying for shipping back but its unnecessarily complicated to send back. (But thats probably intentional)
You have to fix your own shipping and everything. Bought from Anareus.cz a little while ago and they also had pay for shipping back but they made it super easy. You could start a ticket through their website that you wanted to send it back and then you get a mail that it was okay and then you could pay for shipping through their site and you get a label to print out and all that. Wish evike had that.
Other than that im happy. Just hope theirs not a problem with your product

Just to be a little bit more accurate, when you have an after sales issue, you don't pay any shipping fees but in your case you just wanted to send back fully working product because you don't want them anymore. In this case, like in most of the shop, you pay shipping fees to send it back to our warehouse.
Sorry if it seems complicated for you, in the future, we will work on how make it easier.

You have ordered two items from our US warehouse. As indicated on both product pages, shipping from the US can take between 2 and 3 weeks.
So as it's written, on the product page, on your cart page and the order page when you choose the shipping method, the US warehouse products will come in a separate package after the items which come from our European warehouse.
Don't worry, there will be no additional shipping or customs charges.

Vandaag weer een mooie replica ontvangen gekocht bij Evike,het is een fijn bedrijf met hele mooie spullen voor airsoft.
De verzending was weer super snel en netjes afgeleverd,dus mensen neem een keer de tijd om de website te bezoeken en je zal je verbazen wat ze allemaal hebben.
En geen gedoe met de douane,je betaald de prijs die op de site staat en niks meer,maar dat geld dan wel voor een bestelling van €200 dacht ik,onder dit bedrag betaal je verzend kosten.
Ik vind Evike een fijn bedrijf en ik zal er vaker een bestelling doen.
