Unfortunately i have to set a wrong feed I recive a detonics 45 but the gBB magazine has a leack,I text the service client they start ask for video and pic i don t even provide becasue i can not los time with then and becasue of that I had to put the seal around even because they took 3 days to asnwer me ,but when they answer me i already had put the seal around so even in case I would send back the magazine ,for sure they will tell me: so now we can not accept that .... and the valve don t even hhandle the gas pressure and made like an explotion because of the pressure .the gun look work ok but the gbb magazine is not ......if u professional you should not let that happend, the item has to trave in europe to get at my place ,and the minimum you should do is try the guns and make sure everything works properly,the problem is that you always think to be more smart then the others .
But is not !!!!

Ordered on 6th July 2025 an EMG Combat Master 2011 STEEL SLIDE VERSION for 429.90 euros, package arrived one week later on 14th.

After such a long wait I was super excited to the unboxing. However upon opening the box the first thing I'd noticed is that it came with an orange tip, which does not correspond to the product images and description.

Inside the box there's no manual or anything, just the pistol and one mag, which is weird. Holding the pistol in my hand, I could easily spot at least 10 scratch marks everywhere: frame, slide, barrel, mag.. EVERYWHERE. A very deep and obvious mark on the hammer means that this pistol had been at least fired hundreds of rounds before it was shipped to me. Grip safe fails to work, the actual safe also fails to work when the gun is not loaded.

Serial number indicates that this specific pistol was of year 2022, so my conclusion could only be that it had been "returned" to evike-europe before, but they sold it new to me for 429.90 euros anyway.

I wrote them an email right after unboxing, with pictures attached and everything: it has been THREE business days and I haven't heard a single word from them. When I finally decided to leave a review on their website, it tells me that "my opinion will be subject to moderation before its publication". You might as well just remove the reviewing function for good!

I've bought from many different airsoft stores located in many different countries, but this is by far the worst purchase ever. Shockingly disappointing quality and customer service. Think twice before you place your order with them!

Compre una replica , si de muy buena calidad , el problema está, que yo al ser de España en la factura debe de venir ,numero de serie ,calibre ,potencia y tipo de arma que seria categoria 4.1 por las leyes de armas en mi país cosa que no viene reflejada en la factura me he intentado comunicar dos veces explicando la situación para que me reenviaran una factura y que implementarán lo escrito ya que si no viene no la puedo registrar y no la puedo sacar de mi casa por que si dirá la casualidad que la policía me parase automáticamente me requisarian la replica.ya me he mandado 2 correos por su web y sigo esperando.

1er achat chez Evike, un snipe EV02 de chez Ares fort séduisant. Paiement, réception et premier essai. Sur la fiche technique il est donné à 1,6 joules il en sort 0,8... Pas vraiment suffisant pour un snipe non? Je change donc le ressort par un M120 pour un jeu snipe/assault qui me donne 1,2 joules, très suffisant pour le terrain que je pratique régulièrement. J'en profite pour changer bloc hop up et joint et ôter l'horrible embout orange. Première partie, 2éme chargeur et crack le levier d'armement. Je contacte le SAV et la on part sur un échange lunaire (saisie d'écran à dispo si ça en intéresse certain). Suspicion, mauvaise fois et tout ce qui va bien avec alors que je me proposais de remettre la réplique entièrement d'origine pour le remplacement de la pièce à 25 euros prix public. Pour eux j'ai maltraiter la réplique avec un ressort sur puissant et je n'aurai rien du toucher dessus. Pas faux mais étant habitué à des sites tel que Airsoft Entrepot ou Taiwangun bien plus conciliant et conscient des réalité Airsoftique et par extension bien plus arrangeant qui savent conserver leurs clientele. Bref, tout ces mots pour dire "premier et dernier euros dépensé chez Evike".

My first experience with Evike-Europe was very good. The ordered article was delivered in a reasonable time ( less than a week) to germany. Everything was great!

Everything is amazing, the gun is 1:1 with the real deal, everything was well packed. Amazing experience and fast shipping!

I ordered a gun for my son at the beginning of February. The first one we received was defective, so we returned it and were sent a replacement. Unfortunately, the second gun had exactly the same issue.

Now, four months later, we still haven’t received a refund. This was my son’s own money, and he was excited to use it for something he cared about. Instead, we’ve had nothing but hassle and silence.

This level of service is incredibly disappointing. Two faulty products and months without resolution, it’s unacceptable.

De volgende dag kreeg ik een automatisch bericht omdat ze mijn NABV nummer nodig hadden. Onder vermelding van het ordernummer..
Nu had ik een betaal bevestiging gekregen , maar de order bevestiging stond in mijn spam inbox.. Dus daarna alsnog alle gegevens opgestuurd.. En daarna NIKS MEER GEHOORD! het is nu 30mei en ik heb inmiddels 5 mails gestuurd en 3x gebeld. Maar alles blijft stil!
Ik heb om terug betaling gevraagd. .

Le 15 avril, j'ai acheté sur le site Evike Europe une pièce Cut Off Lever pour gearbox v2 Arcturus pour une réplique Arcturus. Après avoir passé la commande, je n'ai reçu aucune confirmation par e-mail, ce qui m'a rapidement fait douter du sérieux du site. Aujourd'hui, nous sommes le 20 mai et je n'ai toujours rien reçu. Dans mon espace client, la commande n'apparaît même pas, alors que l'argent a bien été débité de ma carte. J'ai contacté le service client, mais je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. Pour moi, ce site arnaque les gens. Je ne le recommande pas du tout !
