E’ il terzo acquisto che faccio su Evike-europa, e come per le precedenti esperienze non posso che dire: TUTTO OK!". I prezzi dei prodotti sono in genere allineati a quelli di altri shop on line del settore, ma le offerte, che spesso vengono presentate, sono davvero eccezionali e da non perdere. Bisogna avere un po' di pazienza con le spedizioni che generalmente richiedono 5-7 giorni lavorativi per le destinazioni europee, ma la tracciabilità e l'assistenza, qualora necessari, non mancano mai. Il mio consiglio è che Evike-europa è un sito da prendere sempre in considerazione e da visitare prima di fare acquisti nel mondo del softair. Grazie Evike-europa!

Edit after resolution: I had several issues with my order and the response times from support weren't great, but they were polite and a return/refund was finally offered.

Great service and catalogue, reasonable delivery times, even got a free patch and poker card. Will shop again.

J'ai récement commandé un FAMAS de chez cybergun, expédié depuis les US, je savais que contrairement à la dernière fois le temps de livraison serait plus long (Europe env 3 jours) et eux même le disait (env 16-20 jours+ livraison à domicile ou en point de retrait) et à ma grande surprise, je l'ai reçu en 9 jours (7jours US-> europe + 2 entrepôt ->domicile) je suis donc impressionné et félicite et remercie les équipes d'evike europe qui mettent les bouchées double, confirmant que l'on peut acheter les yeux fermés sur leur site et que je m'étone encore de leur trust score si bas, car ils méritent mieux
bonne fêtes en avance.

I have made an email on Friday, never heard back. I also called a total of 23 times to their Service center contact number. Never got anyone to pick up. I don’t know what’s going on. But this is not right. You lost a customer that was willing to send thousands each year. But now I will deal with evike state side and airsoft24 in Germany. I wish you would run your airsoft store a lot better than you do now. At less airsoft24 calls me back if they’re Busy. And evike in the United States has customer Service on hand and they were also call you right back. They’re willing to listen and get the job done.

Said they have the product in the us warehouse, indeed they did, but they sent it regardless and they payed for shipping from us to eu, also the customer service is so good. 5 stars, would reccomend if your looking for an airsoft gun.

Very disrespectful with clients. My order from Europe warehouse was shipped after 3 weeks, after 5 emails sent and no reply.
Please avoid buying from Evike.

Update:
There has been an update regarding the issue I previously had. I have to say that at the start of this journey, I did not expect Evike-Europe to respond to the problems I encountered (mainly because of the reputation Evike-Europe has). However, I am pleasantly surprised by how well they have handled my case so far.
I still have a few issues with one of my airsoft replicas, but I am now much more confident that they will handle this with care.

You have changed my opinion about Evike-Europe/ there customer service, and because of that, I have changed my rating from 1 to 5 stars. Thank you for the support so far. I look forward to the upcoming emails and to future purchases.

No good customer service

They sent me an email on Monday saying they hadn’t received any of my previous messages and that they would now forward the issue.
At the same time, I discovered new problems with both replicas. I emailed them again, explaining the new issues, and also sent a separate message requesting to return one of the replicas because it’s in such bad condition.

It’s Wednesday now, and I still haven’t received any response not even a simple “thank you, we’ve received your email.”

It’s sad that the only way to reach them is through an external site like this one. It really shouldn’t be this way.

The problem I have is that you only have 14 days to return an item, and after that, there’s no way for me to send the products back. I’m currently on day 11, and I want to make sure it’s still considered “on time.”

If someone from Evike Europe is reading this, please contact me by phone so we can discuss the matter. I’m open to changing my opinion depending on how this situation is handled.

Op zaterdag 1 november heb ik mijn airsoftgeweer besteld. Tot mijn verrassing werd het al op woensdag 5 november geleverd. Uitstekende service en zorgvuldige verpakking — absoluut betrouwbaar bedrijf.

Their lineup is excellent, however...
Shipping is very expensive and slow.
Also, Electric guns don't come with batteries, and the website dosen't warn about this.

Fast delivery and the items were in perfect condition.
