DO NOT BUY from this company! They are scammers! I ordered over £1000s worth of furniture from them back in March and like all of the other recent reviews it has not been delivered! I’ve been told for weeks it’s been delayed, it will come next week etc and it’s always a lie. I email them I watsapp them, I have asked for a full refund. I WISH I had read the reviews first because if I had I never would have ordered. They seem to lie on here and try to get the reviews taken down, they are absolute con artists. Have informed trading standards, Facebook, my bank etc. please don’t make the same mistake and order from them.
Updated - they tried flagging this review to get it taken down, I have 100% proof of everything that I have said!

Do not order from them they have stole 600 pound of me and lied about a refund told me to chase it with my bank ...

Provided fake ARN numbers for the bank to chase the refund and refused to communicate with me.

Just want to know if the adress is real because this place is going to get dealt with. For real.

Ordered stuff then had to chase them multiple times to see where it was. Will be contacting my bank to invoke a chargeback if it doesn't appear soon. Wish I'd checked reviews of them before ordering.
Edit - They actually tried flagging this review as defamatory, but I had it reinstated by Trust Pilot.

I was kept informed throughout the process, which made things straightforward. The delivery drivers were courteous, respectful, and helpful when needed.

Overall, a good experience with just a little room for improvement.

Ordered a sofa in November to be delivered in January. This was delayed which, at the time seemed reasonable given the poor weather conditions across the country at the time. They assured they have a new courier and would arrive in March. They admitted their fault and inablity to deliver and confirmed they had processed my full refund. I should have received this 2 days ago.

I am requesting credit confirmation of the refund to expedite the refund with my bank which they are refusing to give.

They have stolen £1700 from me!

I will happily remove this review on receiving full refund

Waited 3 months for a table, had to keep chasing and was told on several occasions 'next week'.
I ended up cancelling the order and they said they would issue a refund - 3 weeks later, still waiting!

Wish there was a zero star option and read these reviews - my order hasn't been delivered the company won't respond to my request for a refund. Have had to contact my bank. Would not advise you to order from this company

I placed an order for a dining table 2 weeks ago. The website lists the table as being in stock. After a week of not hearing anything, I called this company on the number on the website to get an update on lead time. You can only leave a voicemail. I received no reply. Several days later, I sent an email to ask for an update, I was told the table was with the dispatch team. Still nothing earlier this week, so I emailed again to ask for an update. I was assured it would be delivered today (Friday 10th April) and I was promised a call on Thursday to discuss delivery time slots - and surprise surprise - there was no call. I have now emailed them to cancel the order and to request a full refund but am waiting to hear back. Avoid this company at all costs. PS - do not bother with their whatsapp either. In case they say this is a fake review, my order number is EF7447900. Their 'customer service' rep on email is called Katie.

I would be happy if I could 0 starts. This is a scammer. I placed order twice for the same item while I was waiting for the delivery while I was waiting for the deliver since i had better promo code. I asked them to refund for the first order. A guy called Matthew said refund has been issued on the same day. Now it is more than 6 weeks, I have not got my refund yet in my account. Now a days, it does not take long usually 2-3 working daysonce refund has been issued. Now that stupid person does not reply. They took long to deliver half of the order mixing up with wrong item technically to show they have delivered. Then took another 2 weeks to deliver remaining half. They did not fulfil my purpose of my purchase. took almost 6 weeks to deliver the item. For delay they agreed to add 10% then 15% discount. I have not got refund of £1080, no discount. Now I am preparing to escalate externally. Now the idiot is not replying message, they never answer the phone call.

Esme furnishings are broad daylight online companies scammers, please don'tbe a victim to their flashing AI online pictures tey have created, one your remmises will catch with you guys, I curse you all involved
They will never deliver or refund you, and on top of they stop all communication

TERRIBLE, ordered from them 8 weeks ago have had no updates with delivery had emailed text and called no answer or if they do say the same thing every time that delivery will be next week. Have been sent a tracking number which said delivered last October even though I only ordered in February!! Really disappointed would not recommend! Scam!!!

Avoid at all costs. Following up from my previous review this fraudulent company has not replied to me since 18th March but they were able to reply to my previous review saying it was false. I have requested a refund but they will not follow through and have made false documents to say that I have received my order. I have requested the documents but they have failed to provide them and continue to ignore

READ THIS BEFORE CONSIDERING ESME FURNISHINGS

Forged signatures, false delivery documents, impersonation emails.

When I had no updates for my £2k+ order I decided to check the reviews (instant regret for ordering) I opened a dispute with my bank once I’d realised I am never getting my items.

The bank said they will refund me in 30 days if they get no reply from Esme unless they prove they have delivered the items. A week later Esme has somehow provided them with proof although I have had no items delivered…

They had provided my bank with a fake delivery note claiming the time and date the items were delivered, a picture of the boxes on the floor (not my home of course), impersonating me in emails.
They even claimed that I wouldn’t pay a £75 collection fee which is a whole lie and impossible when I have no items to collect. Making it seem to my bank that I’ve rang for this reason when again THEY NEVER DELIVERED ANYTHING.

Not only have they taken money for items that were never delivered, they’re also providing banks with false documents.

One more thing worth mentioning, the company they claim delivered the items “TMD logistics” doesn’t even exist…

See attached the falsified document including the forged signature and the picture of the items which isn’t in my home.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Complete bunch of cowboys, don’t bother ordering as they will excuses after excuses as to why your item is delayed. Very poor communication and customer service. Item did not arrive multiple times after. Chasing them up. Also on the day it was meant to arrived it was damaged. I actually think they are a scam so my advise is don’t bother buying anything this company. Also if the reply saying I’m making up reviews I have emails to show the correspondence. I have requested a refund I would rather spend my money elsewhere even at a discount offered I wouldn’t ever give them business. SCAM

The response to this will be brilliant. 'oh we have never had an order from you' or ' we know who this is and we have contacted the authorities about your bogus review' or, 'oh this is the person who engaged in threatening behaviour towards us BS' because this is what they do, but lets just clarify something, this company, like many of the reviews amongst their bogus accounts posting 5 stars state, is an absolute scam. A complete front for crime and blatant stealing and false advertising. A fancy website and nice pictures is not enough to allow people to see what this company really is, a semi-well organised scam. If you need proof, look at the only legal photographic proof of this company at 173 Great Portland Street in London. Go street view and pan to the boarded up blue entrance to this so called ' legitimate company' This is where this company is registered to and operates out of. An address that is considered derelict and vacant in the eyes of property manager and companies house. One day the individuals involved in this scam company will be brought down for taking peoples hard earned money. Can't wait for them to change their legal address to something new in response to this. I hope no one else falls for this absolute joke.

Bunch of con artists! Ordered 6 chairs and a table, got fobbed of with different delivery dates, well same days each week, all you get is, it will be there for sure Tuesday/ Wednesday.. each week! I asked to swap the chairs seen as they were not even arriving when said, they agreed.. still nothing got fed up of asking, so asked for a refund instead, and they kept my money! Arranged a delivery for the chairs even tho i asked not to and wanted my money back, then then waited for the chairs to be on there way via DPD and said if i now return il have to pay to return and there charging me and extra £75! UNBELIEVABLE!! Still no table and ive asked for my money back a 100 times and nothing they ignore you, and keep your money.. ITS A SCAM! Im awaiting the bank to sort it… there rude, lie and steel your money.. oh and try to make out your been abusive for asking for your money back and getting frustrated with each week been told its coming for sure tuesday/wensday then ignored… they also sent FAKE TRACKING! A fake contact number for the table been delivered, and got someone fake to ring me on a mobile number pretending to be a courier! All been passed on to the bank for proof.. DO NOT ORDER!!
