Quick efficient delivery, had updates throughout the entire process, even had it popped into my back garden as I had to go out!

I purchased an absolutely STUNNING stool, bit fiddly to put together but very sturdy, my daughter loves it and she doesn’t usually like to sit on anything like that! Thank you!!

Very bad experience, before i placed the order they told me over the fon that they assemble my table and take all the rubbish aswell I said that’s fine, I paid everything including assembly charges.delivery came on time , but delivery man refused to take the stuff, I called them they ignored my all call, later on reply on WhatsApp that accept £50 of all that situation happened, I said ok… but 2 months gone during all this period they didn’t refund my money, not answering my fon also no reply on messages

Just bought a table and it's lovely perfect condition. I've contacted the company a few times via What's app and they have been very helpful. They even sent me a video of the table before we purchased it.

SCAM Alert
Ordered table and chairs at beginning of March. Delivery never scheduled, various attempts by me to get updates and advised courier at fault. Requested cancellation and refund and still no refund to date.
Their telephone line has also been disconnected. Crooks.

Really straightforward to deal with and everything went smoothly from beginning to end.

Ordering was quick and simple, delivery arrived on time without any issues, and the product was exactly as expected.

I’d happily buy from them again.

I ordered a console table that never arrived, I have been waiting nearly 3 months.

I have now asked for a refund, 16 working days ago but still haven’t received one, avoid this company.

I bought a table on 23 November. I have been repeatedly fobbed off with stories of delays and a promised £50 goodwill reimbusement has never materialised despite chasing it relentlessly. They have a policy of never answering their phone - I have tried upwards of 50 times. Today I was told that there would be a fourth delay, to the 12 June. I have requested a refund. I am preparing myself to takle this to the small claims court next week as, based on my experience so far, I do not believe a refund will be forthcoming. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

The quality of the product was even better than I expected, and the support from Esme really stood out.

The whole process went seamlessly, and I’d happily shop here again.

Bought x 2 coffee tables online, received a confirmation email straightaway - amazing, happy days!

Roll on 1 month, no communication or sign of life. Countless phone calls - no one picks up.

Checked trust pilot, double smacked own forehead!!

Roll on 2 months.....found a way to use contact via WhatsApp. Apparently, I had been sent another email requesting confirmation of delivery address!
Absolute rollocks!
Took to messaging every 5-7 days.
Received apologies, and promises that someone is looking into matter.

3 week after sending them messages, received a message that the tables will be delivered next Thursday.

Thursday came and went. One week later messaged them about deliver ......ignored.
Two weeks later messaged them about deliver.....ignored. Three weeks later, messaged about deliver .....ignored.

3.5 months later, I contacted bank to raise fraud case.

Received money back.

Have to say I was a bit concerned what with the cost of living & scammers getting more sophisticated, I can confirm Esme Furnishings fulfilled my order & delivery & a great affordable price , I’m over the moon with my purchase , sincere apologies for being suspicious but unfortunately that is the world we are living in , big shout out to Katie who kept me informed. Thanks!

We ordered a table with a 7-14 day lead time. The table arrived much sooner and was beautiful and a great quality. Communication was excellent and really easy. They were really helpful through WhatsApp and responded immediately. Also price matched another website and actually beat their price. The day before delivery, I got a phone call to advise me of the times lot. Would definitely order from this company again.

I ordered my Dinning room table and 6 chairs on the 1st of April 2026 and still had nothing delivered I’ve messaged emailed and tried to call this company to no avail. It’s the biggest scam I’ve ever seen on there website it states there this extremely well run company yet when you order something you get nothing back don’t be fooled if anybody is seeking to order anything from these scammers I’ll be taking it further with trading standards!

I ordered a table which is very nice and good quality, however the table arrived and had slight damage, I agreed that I would keep the table based on Esme Furnishings refund a percentage, which they promised and documented in writing. The refund has never been issue and all communication is now been ignored!! This is very poor and deceitful customer service.

I would have rated this zero! Wish we had read the reviews before ordering! Customer services is SHOCKING!!! They take the payment and that’s about it! We have requested a refund but won’t hold my breath therefore we will be contacting our bank! The so called business needs to be investigated and their antics shut down, actual day light robbery! Don’t be sucked in by their promises or the good reviews as I believe they have been written by themselves! I cannot stress enough, DO NOT USE , THEY ARE A SCAM!! I will do my best to spread the word!

I placed an order Easter weekend. I was advised they had implemented a new system that crashed and cancelled all orders and my order was to be refunded. I received further emails saying there was a large volumes delaying refunds. 2 weeks later I have had to process claim through bank for refund

Having looked at the reviews - I should have known better than to order from here. As there were mixed reviews I gave Esme Furnishings the benefit of the doubt. I placed my order on 20th February for a sofa, which indicated delivery within 7-14 working days. I had not heard anything and emailed on 5th March to chase the delivery date. I was responded to quite quickly to advise they would check with the courier. I chased again on 11th March, and same response. 25th March I sent another email (bearing in mind I tried to call on a number of different occasions and had no answer) I was told a slot had been booked for 28th March PM - nothing arrived. Chased again on 29th March, was told 4th April. Nothing arrived. Requested a refund on 7th April and was told 7-10 working days - as of now still no refund and going through the bank to get my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - WASTE OF TIME AND DISAPPOINTED.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company and would strongly advise others to be cautious.

I ordered a dining room table and four chairs online, including assembly. After completing the purchase, I heard nothing, so I had to chase them for an update. I was told delivery would take a couple of weeks, and when I questioned the delay, their response was short and quite rude, insisting it was within their timeframe.

Unfortunately, the delivery never arrived, and they eventually stopped responding altogether. Strangely, one chair turned up on its own, with no explanation. After this, I checked their reviews and realised others had experienced similar issues—something I wish I had done beforehand.

I ended up contacting my card provider, who thankfully issued a refund. I have also asked for the matter to be reported, as companies operating like this should not be allowed to continue.

Since then, I’ve ordered from a different company and had a completely positive experience. Based on what I went through, I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.

I appreciated the regular delivery updates, which kept me well informed throughout. The product itself is good and works as expected. Overall, a positive experience with just a little room for improvement.

I ordered 6 Majestic Lion Knocker Quilted Tufted Plush Velvet Dining Chair Chrome Legs on the 2nd Feb and I received one chair on the 26th March after a lot of chasing up. However, now my delivery has been marked as delivered so they haven’t sent me the other 5 that is missing. This is completely unacceptable they haven’t answered any emails or texts on WhatsApp or any calls. Never buy from this place !
