Hi Laya, we’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your Nils Bouclé Bar Stools.

Our records show that your order was delivered by our own delivery team 14 days ago, and the items supplied match the product listing. However, we haven’t received any previous communication from you regarding damage or concerns about the design, so we haven’t had the opportunity to look into this for you. As the stools require assembly, we’d also like to understand whether this may have contributed to the concerns you’ve experienced.

Please get in touch with our customer service team https://aluxo.co.uk/pages/visit-showroom and, if possible, share some photos of the issues. We’ll be happy to investigate and work with you towards a suitable resolution.

Hi Craig, we’re sincerely sorry that you initially received the wrong samples and that the replacement didn’t reach you as expected. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when you were simply waiting for the samples you had paid for.

Unfortunately, the replacement shipment could not be located during transit, so we’ve issued a full refund. If you’re still interested in our wall panels, please feel free to reply our email and we’ll be happy to arrange the correct samples for you.

We always encourage customers to get in touch whenever something isn’t right, as we want every issue to be resolved as quickly as possible. We’re sorry again for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Thank you for your feedback, Julie! We’re delighted to hear that Kirk provided brilliant service and that you’re pleased with the quality of your wall panels.

We’re sorry that the delivery took longer than you’d hoped and that the courier service didn’t meet your expectations. As our 240cm wall panels are oversized items, we need to arrange a dedicated courier service, and deliveries to some more remote areas can unfortunately take a little longer to organise. We appreciate your patience and understand how important a smooth, timely delivery is.

Thank you for choosing Aluxo, and we’ll be sure to pass your kind words on to Kirk!
