Ich werde seit Mitte 2021 durch e.optimum mit Strom beliefert. Aufgrund der horrenden Abschläge welche vom Lieferanten verlangt wurden, habe ich zum 31.08.22 den Auftrag zur Lieferung gekündigt. Es folgte ein Schreiben von e-optimum in dem mitgeteilt wurde, dass innerhalb von 6 Wochen die Abrechnung vorliegt. Jetzt haben wir Mitte März 2023 und von einer Abrechnung ist nichts zu sehen. Wat een waardeloos bedrijf
Wat een waardeloos bedrijf, via groupon een office pakket gekocht, productcode werkt niet, is al gebruikt.
Geeft de code aan, vervolgens neem ik contact op met Eptimum en die zeggen gewoon dat ik de code al gebruikt moet hebben, omdat de code uniek is. Vervolgens ben ik al weken bezig om aan hun verstand te brengen dat de code niet werkt. Weggegooid geld, ze vertikken het om een nieuwe code te geven. Ik moet contact opnemen met Microsoft, slaat nergens op. Die kunnen hier niks mee. Koop hier niks!! Oplichters!

Microsoft Family niet werkend te krijgen
Bijna € 60,- weggegooid. De code werkt niet. Alle "tips en hulp" van Eptimum geprobeerd, ben doorverwezen naar Microsoft, zij wisten het niet meer. Bij Microsoft is vastgesteld dat de code niet goed is en ik ben naar Eptimum terugverwezen, samen met de uitdraai van de chat. Dat is niet voldoende voor Eptimum om wat te ondernemen. Ze willen van mij precies weten wat er niet deugd. Ja, hallo, ik werk niet bij Microsoft! Zij kunnen (willen) niets doen. Geld teruggeven doen ze niet, verwijzen naar Groupon. Groupon doet niets omdat ik de bon van Groupon heb verzilverd. Kortom: geld weg en geen Microsoft Family. Nooit meer!

Ich habe gerade einen Coupon bei Groupon gekauft, um ihn bei Eptimum für "MS Office 365" einzulösen.
Die Seite "eptimum.com" ist allerdings überhaupt nicht zu erreichen. Großer Betrug!!
Zum Glück habe ich per Paypal bezahlt...

Bought a One Year Microsoft 365 licence on Groupon. The install failed error code CatalogHasNoMatchingProduct. Microsoft Support confirmed that the product key is not valid for my region. Eptimum customer support unhelpful, and rude - see reply below - kept repeating to uninstall the vpn which we don’t have. Groupon has now refunded the payment.

Also, do you really think that an international company like Groupon would work with any partner?

Easy and affordable for Microsoft 365
Purchased Microsoft 365 via Groupon and had to wait until the following day to receive the voucher code to activate my subscription, which was a bit annoying. Once it had arrived, the activation process was quick and smooth (would have been nice to have it clarified in the activation process that your email address needs to be the one used on Groupon though).

Ich habe auf Groupon eine Lizenz für Norton 360 Standard gekauft. Es ist so ein Misst! Ich bekomme ständisch Meldungen, dass mein PC gefährdet ist und ich soll zusätzliche Funktionen und Speicherplatzt kaufen um mein PC schützten.
Schade, dass ich die Bewertungen hier nicht früher gelesen habe.

I paid groupon for a code, goto eptimum site to validate, surprise surprise not working.
Complained 10 times in 12 days to both of them
They bounce off each other and you get sarcastic and curt responses
They just ask for same information that I've supplied over n over.
Oh and allow 72hrs for a response
Oh and don't send more than 1 message a day

Activatiecode wordt in eerste instantie niet gestuurd. Na indienen klacht alsnog code ontvangen welke niet geldig is in Nederland. Vervolgens wordt geweigerd aankoop te ontbinden.

In onderstaand antwoord beweert Eptimum dat ze de bestelling terugbetaald hebben. Dat is niet waar, de bestelling is via een Paypal klacht geannuleerd nadat Eptimum na drie keer nog steeds niet was ingegaan op mijn verzoek de bestelling te annuleren.

Het spijt ons voor de problemen die u ondervond toen u probeerde antivirussoftware bij ons te kopen.
In eerste instantie heeft ons anti-fraudesysteem uw bestelling gepauzeerd, en daarom is uw code u 47 minuten na uw aankoop toegestuurd. U hebt ook onze e-mail ontvangen, 30 minuten later.
U vertelde ons dat de code die u ontvangen had niet werkte. Wij hebben geprobeerd oplossingen te vinden, maar wij konden niet bij uw schermafbeeldingen. Daarom hebben wij gisteren uw bestelling volledig terugbetaald, wat wij volkomen normaal vonden.
Nogmaals, wij betreuren deze gang van zaken. Wij proberen zo snel mogelijk te antwoorden en onze klanten tevreden te stellen, maar helaas werkt de software niet in 100% van de gevallen.

Geen enkel probleem en klantenservice au top!
Laatst had ik via Groupon besteld. En moest één of andere code activeren, wat niet lukte. Dus ik raakte geïrriteerd en schreef direct een ietwat boze email aan de klantenservice.
Binnen een half uur kreeg ik al mailtje terug met daarin een te volgen procedure via de website van Groupon. Maar door die captcha, en ik denk mijn intenet browser die wat verouderd is (Internet Explorer) lukte het niet. Dus ik weer schrijven aan de klantenservice, die meteen antwoordde mijn Groupon code door te sturen en mijn naam en achternaam en zij zouden voor mij de activering doen.
Binnen 10 minuten had ik een mailtje dat de bestelling goed was doorgekomen en ook de factuur. Maar niet de bestelling, maar mijn vriend zei me in de spams te kijken, en tot mijn grote opluchting bevond deze zich inderdaad in de junkmails!
Een top klantenservice die erg reactief is en bovendien erg vriendelijk.

Via groupon bij dit bedrijf Paintshop pro 2020 aangeschaft (dacht ik) De activeringscode om bij eptimum het programma te downloaden wordt zelfs gevalideerd. Na nog meer informatie te hebben ingevuld en de knop 'activeer mijn code' te hebben aangeklikt. Draai je een rondje en kom je weer uit bij het beginscherm met de vraag of je je activeringscode wilt invullen. Daarna begint alles opnieuw en opnieuw en opnieuw. Toen ik bij trustpilot op dit bedrijf zocht wist ik helaas en te laat 'hoe laat het was'. Doe het niet, koop NIETS, want je krijgt het niet. En Groupon is hier ook zeer schuldig aan, zij plaatsen die advertenties. Wat een oplichtersbende: bah
