Ci hanno chiesto 40€ in piú perché arrivati dopo le 8 cosa non scritta nei termini e condizioni, in piú ci é stato fatto un graffio con intenzione e l addetto alla riconsegna é andato direttamente lì a vedere come se sapesse che li ci fosse un graffio, e ci ha fatto pagare 420€ per questo (secondo noi il graffio lo fanno loro apposta) AEROPORTO CHANIA CRETA GRECIA . affidatevi a compagnie più serie

Evitare ,mi hanno consegnato la macchina in riserva. E sul contratto avevano riportato 2/8..(ok non ho controllato perche era tardi .. però) poi hanno trovato una botta sulla portiera che si vedeva solo in controluce...hanno fatto finta che il sistema dove inserire il danno fosse giu e alla fine hanno voluto 190 euro oer chiudere la pratica.. EVITARE

Noleggio senza un assicurazione casco perché non te ne danno possibilità, abbiamo pagato 40 euro al giorno (oltre la spesa del noleggio) per ridurre la franchigia a 558 euro e per un graffietto quasi inesistente (che probabilmente già c'era ma che prendendo l'auto di sera non abbiamo visto) ci hanno addebitato lintera franchigia. Non noleggiate le auto da loro è una vera e propria truffa

DA EVITARE !!Abbiamo scelto l'assicurazione totale per non avere problemi, segnato tutti i danni prima di partire. Ci volevano far pagare 950€ come deposito ( mai sentito) per fortuna che alla fine, segnalando che avevamo preso anche l'assicurazione totale,hanno preso un deposito di 100€. Che purtroppo .. NON CI RIDARANNO indietro perché si sono inventati la presenza di un rigo già presente ( che volevano farci pagare anche 300€>>) assolutamente DA EVITARE! Il prezzo è più basso per questo, mai successo in nessuna parte del mondo!

they kept 900€ blocked on my credit card for months and only AFTER I have called them they refund me.
I am sure this is done on purpose and they count on people who do not check their card and leave them the money. THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL to call to have money back

Very bad experience. No warm welcome to Greece at all. Extra costs, offensive employee (Dimitris) at the desk. When bringing the car back trying very hard to find any damages on the car (not with everyone so clearly picking some customers to give them a hard time). Don't rent your care here!

Rented a car from this Company, noted and photo of "minor dent" on collection. Returned car and was charged a EU60 "admin fee" for this "dent" for their "insurance claim". An absolute scam and would definitely not recommend this Company.

The staff were all friendly and explained everything we needed to know. And then he thoroughly inspected the car with us! After we got back, they even took us to our hotel ! Thank you so much for your service ! We'll definitely use your service again !

Firstly i wanted to book a car feom the other well known brads but i came across this company that had good reviews. We had a wonderful experience and Alex at the Preveza Airport helped us all the way. We even had a miner accident where we got a flat tire due to construction work on the road and he guided us. Overall everything went smooth and the car was clean, well maintained and both checking in and out was not an issue at all. Would highly recommend.

Rented from them in Kalamata. Very professional service, friendly local staff. No false/bs payments required. Definitely recommend :)

I would NOT recommend anyone to use this car rental company. They will try to scam you. Eventhought we had their full insurance we had to pay some made up ,,paperwork fee" for almost invisible scratch (which was there from beggining but they intentionally did not put it in papers). The fee was 60 euros, which is totally insane, but we had to pay it otherwise they would not take us to the airport for our upcoming flight ...

Lots of hidden charges, including an out of hours fee that our booking voucher said we would not be charged and we were also charged in excess of the maximum fee quoted for the child seats. We were also left with very little fuel late in the evening, we were told we had 100km of fuel but the fuel light went off 10 minutes into our journey. It was the Easter Bank holiday weekend so we had issues finding petrol stations that were even open which was a very stressful experience in a new country for us with two young children in the car! We were charged a cleaning fee for a handful of stones left in the car after a trip to a stony beach, when we offered to remove these they said we would be charged for the fee regardless. A terrible service and experience, stay away! FYI if you are looking for car hire, our friends used Yours Car Rental and had no such issues and had a very pleasant experience.

All good. Much cheaper for a 9 person car than the "big" companies. They don't have car damage (scratches, etc.) on the computer, they are recorded by hand when the car is handed over. Here you have to be careful that everything is marked, because cars can have a lot of those scratches. It is worth taking pictures at the time of pick up. At least in Thessaloniki they are not at the airport, but next to it, so it takes a while to transfer (they pick up/pick up from the airport). Still much cheaper.

Got a good car, the insurance price is also fair when compared to others.

Absolut unseriöse Autovermietung und setzt vorsätzliche Betrugsmasche um. Wir haben ein Auto gemietet mit mehr als 20 Schäden am Fahrzeug. Diese wurden in das Übergabeprotokoll eingetragen, jedoch unter Zeitdruck da der Mitarbeiter allein war und weitere Gäste am Flughafen abholen musste. Bei der Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs ging der Drive Mitarbeiter zielgerichtet an ein Stelle des Fahrzeuges und erklärte einen Schaden am Auto. Wir hatten ein Foto vom Fahrzeug vom Übernahmetag wo der Schaden genau an dieser Stelle sichtbar ist der Mitarbeiter akzeptierte dies nicht, da das Foto nicht auf deren Platz aufgenommen wurde. Uns wurde für Lackierarbeiten, die vermutlich nie ausgeführt werden, ein Betrag von 200 € abgezockt. Man spielt bewusst auch bei der Rücknahme auf Zeit, wir mussten 1 Stunde warten.
Tipp: Finger weg von dieser Autovermietung. Macht vor Ort Fotos oder besser noch ein Video von allen Schäden am Fahrzeug.
Eigentlich ist für die Bewertung Null Sterne passender.

Haben ein Auto von Drive- Hellas in Griechenland gemietet. Das Auto hatte viele Beschädigungen und wurde im Übergabeprotokoll auch eingetragen - aber nicht alle wie sich bei der Rückgabe herausstellte. Bei der Rückgabe des Autos wurde mir ein alter Schaden mit 192,- € neu berechnet. Trotz Fotos das der Schaden vorher schon da war.
Betrug ohne Ende.
Finger weg von dieser Drive- Hellas Autovermietung. Der Mitarbeiter ging gezielt auf die vermeintliche Schadensstelle am Auto zu. Eine Begutachtung des gesamten Fahrzeugs wurde von ihm nicht vorgenommen. Sehr unseriös und auf Abzocke gerichtet.
Jeder der ein Auto im Urlaubsland anmietet, ist gut beraten, bei der Übernahme des Fahrzeugs alle Schäden per Foto oder besser nicht per Video gleich vor Ort zu dokumentieren.

Einen Mietwagen komplett geputzt zurück geben oder mit 50€ abgezockt werden! Sauerei, da stand nix 8m Vertrag. Aber so werden alle abgezogen! Achtung, bitte anderen Anbieter suchen

Collected car on site from Heraklion airport. The lady dealing with us was lovely. Very thorough in marking paperwork for scratch details on the car, which although new was quite marked. We had purchased additional insurance cover with another company and there was no hard sell or pressure to use Drive cover. She also kindly gave us a cold bottle of water 🙂 handover on return went smoothly but we had ensured to leave plenty of time.

Vi havde booket en bil i Preveza airport.
Da vi ankom kunne vi ikke bruge det VISA kort vi havde booket med og betalt depositum med. Da det var et debit kort.
Så skulle jeg tilføjes som ekstra chauffør, det kostede 5 euro ekstra pr dag.
Og det barnesæde vi have booket, var ikke med i bilen og det skulle vi pludselig også betale ekstra for : 28 Euro.
Så vi endte med at betale det dobbelte for leje af bil i en uge.
Vi kan ikke anbefale Hella drive.

Service nul : j’ai dû attendre une heure (et les appeler plusieurs fois) avant qu’ils viennent me chercher à l’aéroport (car leur agence n’est pas à l’aéroport, contrairement à ce qu’ils font croire que leur site internet).
Et ce sont des voleurs : la voiture que j’ai eue avait les pneus usés. Un pneu a crevé et ils me l’ont facturé. C’est quand même pas à moi de payer l’entretien de la voiture ! Une honte cette agence.
