I am SO happy with our new sofa. The price point on these are amazing for the customization options available. To get such a large sectional in a style I liked (we got the Brussels) and the color and fabric options, it’s just kind of a no brainer.
Our ordering and timeline process were smooth - I expected it was going to take a bit, but overall we were just under 2 months, which I felt was reasonable and met my expectations. You can reach out at any point to get a progress update, and it all feels very much like you’re dealing with real people and not bots. Our couch is beautiful, and I’m so happy with it.

We absolutely LOVE our new Dream Sofa! Our living room is an unusual size, and we had such a hard time finding a couch that was large enough to fit the space while still being comfortable for our family. The Dream Sofa ended up being the perfect choice, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with it!

We also ordered the matching ottoman, which was such a great addition and really makes the whole space feel complete. We upgraded to the Plush cushions, chose the Espresso legs, and went with the Cosmo Steel fabric. We specifically chose one of the fabrics recommended for homes with pets and young children since we have both, and so far we absolutely love it!

The couch is incredibly comfortable, looks beautiful, and fits our space perfectly. We spent a lot of time trying to find the right sofa, and choosing Dream Sofa was one of the best decisions we could have made. We’re so happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend Dream Sofa to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, family-friendly couch! ❤️

We couldn't be happier with our Brussels sofa and Helsinki chair. This is one of the precious few places where you'll find custom mid-century furniture that's made in America at a fair price, and the only place with this many fabric choices. The customer service was superb. Everyone we worked with was nice and always available to answer questions and provide updates on our order. And, they gabe their honest opinion on fabric choices for the particular room we were redecorating. The order did take a little longer than anticipated, but it was worth a smallish delay. Then, once the pieces were complete, the delivery time ended up being shorter than anticipated. White glove service was also excellent. We will definitely be repeat customers.

I knew it would take a while to get this high-quality, custom-made sofa bed, but it still made me nervous as the weeks went by. When I reached out to support for information, Karla was amazing at being responsive and communicative. I greatly appreciate her customer service and attention to my concerns! The sofa will get here tomorrow, and I can't wait to finally have it in my home!

Did extensive research prior to ordering because I wanted a high quality, long-lasting item. With great confidence given the positive reviews seen online here and elsewhere, I ordered a Landon sectional in February 2026. Received delivery in May - however there was a mixup with the shipping fulfillment and it seems that several customers, myself included, received mistaken items (2 of 4 sectional pieces were incorrectly distributed). The company responded quickly in correcting the issue, and scheduled additional pickups to retrieve the incorrect items as well as finally deliver the proper missing pieces. This didn't bother me (mistakes happen), however when the proper pieces were delivered, they were delivered with several spots of damaged fabric (clearly mishandled during delivery) and also the connecting points that interlock the sectional are not properly aligned. This has resulted again in my needing to reach back out to Dreamsofa and will schedule yet another day for a repair professional to come and attempt to resolve the issue. In all, it's felt like a part time job to deal with these issues (I've had to take 3 additional days off of work and counting in order to be present for deliveries/repairs) and the sofa is still not in the condition that it should be in. Will update pending how Dreamsofa resolves this but it has been a multi-month ordeal and I just want to be able to have a new quality sofa as I originally ordered.

Edit: I'd like to point out that the customer service has been very attentive (Karla has been working with me) and has been doing what they can to help. Will update once everything is resolved.

Had a great experience working with the DreamSofa team to design our custom sofa. Delivery took a little while but for a custom fabric and size I honestly expected it would take much longer.

We love our sofa. It was a long wait, but the quality and style were worth the long lead time.

We remodeled our living room and wanted to upgrade the 'big box' couch and loveseat we had before to a single large sectional with a mid-century modern design. DreamSofa made it easy. We had no trouble picking out the design and the dimensions to best fit the space. We were torn on the fabric though, so we ordered four swatches, which were delivered quickly.

Once we had that settled, ordering was quick and easy. It arrived about three months later, which was a little longer than originally quoted, but nothing egregious. It is absolutely beautifully made, perfect in the space, and very comfortable for lounging. We could not be happier with the sectional or the buyer experience.

I did so much research before I made the decision to order my new couch from DreamSofa and I couldn't be happier. We were looking for a very specific size to replace a very well-loved Room and Board couch we were retiring, and found this site recommended. First, I loved that they were a small US based manufacturer. Second, I was able to actually email and spoke with a real person, which is helpful when you can't go look at or sit on a sample in a showroom. Third, they had SO many beautiful designs, color and size configuration options - it would be hard not to find something you loved on the site. Communication about delivery and the actual delivery were all pretty seamless. Now that I've had the couch for several months, I can report that everything lived up to our expectations and we love it! The couch looks beautiful and has really elevated our living space. Any spills on the cushions have wiped right out, it is comfortable and it feels very well constructed. I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new sofa!

Easy ordering and quick simple quality delivery.

We love our Dream Sofa 'Crete' style. Our original sofa was too large and bulky for the room. This new Crete style was the perfect scale for the smaller room. It took awhile to arrive. But Mico kept us up to date. The color choices were amazing! Having been able to choose both the style and the color feels like a custom sofa without the custom price tag.

Very responsive and helpful customer service. I had particular wants for my living room set, and their representatives were available to walk me through their options, respond to follow-up questions after I had considered options, and helped me refine what the final product would be. Swatches were invaluable, and I was able to customize beyond what was listed on the site.

Was super excited about the new sofa. Finally heard that it was ready to be delivered and scheduled an appointment. Took the day off of work but no word that the sofa was actually doing to be delivered? Tracking shows the sofa is in my hometown but CA cancelled the delivery? Called and they said it's a QA issue but cannot tell me when the issue will be resolved. I have worked for years in QA so I love that they want the sofa to be perfect for delivery but their customer service is horrible. If it's not arriving on the date I selected then why not call me to tell me and to reschedule?

I ordered my DreamSofa the first week of May and was quoted 6-8 weeks lead time. I finally received my sofa 10 weeks after ordering.

I paid for White Glove Delivery.

My sofa was put together incorrectly and damaged by the “White Glove Delivery Service”. I had to take it apart and reassemble it myself which was not easy particularly since they damaged it.

I reported this to DreamSofa and received an apology but no offer for a refund of the Delivery Fee. I then requested a refund of the delivery fee.

I was told yes, the agreed a refund was appropriate but here we are three weeks later and no refund has been made.

The sofa is still outgassing horribly after 3 weeks. I simply do not understand this.

It took 3 months to manufacture this custom sectional so why did it not outgas while in production? I am now doubting that this is a custom build made in California as their website states. If that were the case, it would not be outgassing like this. It did not sit in a warehouse, it did not sit in a cargo container on a ship. Or maybe it did and the company is a complete sham.

I have emailed customer service multiple times about the refund and the outgassing but there has been resolution.

I paid over $6000 for a custom sofa and what I received, while comfortable to sit on, is not at all what I expected.

My advice, don’t waste your money here. I wish I hadn’t made this purchase. I feel very stupid for spending this much on a sofa that was damaged in delivery, that stinks of chemicals and with customer service that says a lot but does not deliver.

Quality is very impressive and the price is very good especially since you can customize just about every aspect of the furniture. Customer service and timelines are poor at best. Expect to place your order and not receive any updates or tracking without contacting them several times throughout the whole process. Happy with the sofa and delivery service. The website is almost entirely AI slop.

Clyde was very attentive to my concerns and gave me confidence that DreamSofa would work with me! In the end the problem fixed itself but frankly I knew I was in good hands either way.

August 2026: I've updated this review to two stars because DreamSofa did finally resolve my issue and fully refund me, but it took posting this review to prompt any action. Then I received several emails and calls following up, including trying to manipulate me that the customer service agent's bonus was tied to this review. It took me saying that I would consider removing the review to make it happen. Then suddenly the refund that was part of "delays within our backend processing system that have affected several refund requests" was received by my bank half an hour after I conceded.

I am still out the interest I paid on the couch, I don't have the living room I painstakingly designed based on this sofa, and they still are advertising the sofa as curved. While the sofa did seem quality the one time I sat on it, I don't recommend dealing with this company.

Original review: I ordered a Manchester sofa in February after searching for a curved sofa. In the interim, I had a custom curved coffee table and side tables made to match the dimensions of the sofa. When it finally arrived at the end of May, the sofa was straight. I immediately contacted customer service, and they insisted that the listing showed that the sofa was straight because of a small icon with the dimensions that said "straight not curved", which I had assumed meant that the dimension was across, not following the arc. They insisted the sofa was never curved. (The description as of July 22, 2026, still says "Luxurious opulence abound in this gorgeous classic design. Gracefully curved silhouette, and classically arched back make this style a true design masterpiece.") But they said I was welcome to return it for a restocking fee and paying for the transportation.
After several emails back and forth with their customer service, they waived the transportation fee but insisted I still pay for the restocking. I acquiesced, and the sofa was picked up by their transportation vendor on June 4.
No return has been processed, there was no confirmation of the return, and when I reached out to them, I got a generic response that they were looking into this.
I have no choice but to dispute with my bank, which is problematic because it's so many months since the order was placed, and I am looking into filing a claim.
