I am very satisfied with the customer service; I received a very quick response and prompt assistance—thanks for that, Nelson! 🙏 They were also very accommodating (fortunately), even though the 6-month warranty for the heated bed had already expired. When it still didn't work, they sent me a new mainboard. Thanks to the support team—my Kobra Max 3 is up and running again! 🎉🫶

Der technische Support ist echt super.. Hatte Probleme mit meinem Drucker und mir wurde schnell und unkompliziert geholfen.. Einbau eines Ersatzteiles ging Dank einer online Anleitung super einfach.

S1 max Kamera defekt
Sehr guter support.Bei meinem S1 max war die Kamera defekt.Nach kurzem mail Austausch mit dem Kundenservice, wurde mir innerhalb 2 Woche eine neue Kamera gesendet.Jetzt funktioniert alles wieder bestens

Bin begeistert von deren Produkten und ihrem herausragenden Support für den Fall das man ein Problem haben sollte. Sind stets sehr freundlich und sehr gewillt zu helfen. Die Reaktionszeiten sind sehr schnell und der Versand aus China dauert meist auch nicht lange. Macht weiter so! Deren toller und konsequenter Support hat mich nie im stich gelassen, daher lauf ich auch gerne weiterhin Produkte von Anycubic🤙🏻
