I received a direct and quick answer to my problem.
Since I had provided the relevant information about my problem, support was able to help me directly and answered all my questions immediately. The corresponding replacement part has been ordered and is on its way to me.

Mein Drucker funktionierte nicht auf dem zweiten Eingang, der Service hat es aber geschaft dieses Problem zu lösen. Ich habe zu jeder Frage immer sehr schnell eine Antwort erhalten.

Kobra SI Combo, je conseille Anycubic,ils ont des produits de qualités et des livraisons rapide.
Le service après vente est exceptionnel, une réponse très très rapide, le technicien est très compétent et réactif pour trouver la solution, l'envois de pièce s'est fait très rapidement en quelques jours et la mise à jour fonctionne impécablement.
Première expérience chez Anycubic avec la Kobra S1 Combo et enchanté de la qualité et de la facilité de fonctionnement, les filaments sont d'excellentes qualité avec des prix très compétitifs.

Ein Problem gemeldet. Sofort wurde mir geholfen.

Great service, i had a broke USB Hub Board. I couldnt find any of those in the internet. I wrote to Anycubic.
Answer was like:
Oh yes we can send you a new one. Here is a picture, please compare if it is the correct part. If so, just fill out a form and tell us your shipping adress.

So far they sent it for free. Awesome!

An einem Wochenende im Chinesischen Frühlingsfest startete mein Kobra S1 nicht mehr.Nach einem halben Tag hatte ich schon Antwort und die Zusage der Hilfe.Jetzt druckt der S1 wieder(das Motherboard war defekt).Vielen Dank für die hervorragende Serviceleistung.

Super Service. Bei meinem Anycubich Kobra 3 Max ACE hat die y Achse ab und zu ihren Home nicht gefunden und ist auf den Hardstop gefahren. Nach mehreren Mails und Bildern hat man eine Lösung gefunden. Da der Fehler nicht immer aufgetreten ist waren mehrere Mails bis zur Fehlerlokalisierung nötig. Das würde aber zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst.

After 1500 hours of happy printing with all of my anycubic printers one of them had a problem and can't be switched on again. The technician was very polite and helpful and did the diagnosis and send a replacement board. Perfect service. Thank you so much, now all of my anycubic printers are printing again.

Mein Kobra 3 Max startete nicht mehr. Bildschirm blieb aus. Nach Kontakt mit dem Support-Team ein neues Motherboard bekommen. Drucker funktioniert jetzt wieder einwandfrei.

Am besten 0 Sterne.. hab mir einen Cobra s1 combo gekauft. Ich habe seit Anfang an Probleme mit den ace pro (da wo anycubic viel Werbung gemacht hat für mehrfarbendruck) seit Anfangan hab ich Probleme mit den einzug von filament (unzureichene materialversorgung.) ich habe alles versucht und ich habe auch nur original anycubic filamente. Habe den anycubic service mit meinen Problem kontaktiert aber habe nie eine Rückmeldung erhalten…mittlerweile habe ich den service schon 4x kontaktiert und bisher keine Antwort erhalten. Finde es schade von anycubic. Ansich wäre es ein guter drucker aber das ace pro ist einfach nur scheise und für dieses viele Geld einfach null Qualität

Alles klappt reibungslos
Support funktioniert auch, man braucht nur etwas zeit wegen der Zeitverschiebung 🤝🤝👌🏼

The Kobra 3 Max Combo is already my third Anycubic printer. Not only am I completely satisfied with the devices, but I also contacted support for the first time and was extremely pleased. The communication was quick, friendly, and very accommodating. I would buy an Anycubic 3D printer again at any time.
