Received excellent help and support…
Received excellent help and support from Rochelle when dealing with and solving my difficult account problem. It wasn't straight forward but she remained calm and professional at all times even though i could tell she was under pressure to get the answers i was looking for but we got there in the end.

Sneaky charges From start to finish the customer…
From start to finish the customer service is appalling. They send you emails everyday looking to spend more. I was overcharged on my last direct debit and sent 3 emails to no response. When I called the number I was told there was a 60€ yes 60€ fee for missing a direct debit. The direct debit was only 52€ and was paid on the very same day. They also have hidden charges for your card of 25€ and monthly charges. I would avoid this company.
