Shocking service from start to finish. Do NOT use these guys. Once they have the sale they do not want to know. Customer service is non existent. I haven't been able to take card payments now for over 2 weeks which has caused me no end of headaches. Awful :(

I joined CIP just over a year ago,Along my journey I di go through ups and down getting familiar with the system etc.. as always Eric Shakelton was there for me from supporting me in applications to even almost every question I had.

After 10 days we still haven't had a payment through despite emails , phone calls etc our business is now in a precarious position of being overdrawn and not being abe to pay suppliers

Massive shout out to Callum for helping me deal with a problem we had with an old machine at work that died on us.
Callum went above and beyond to source new machines with the same benefits and design features as the now obsolete old one.
Callum was extremely helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole process.

I had a request for a PCI annual check, Which in the past have been a real headache.
So i called up Troy at Card Industry Professionals.
He took on the task from there end and sorted it all.
Just been emailed to say i am now compliant again.

The card machine was really easy to use and we had no issues with it. Whenever we had any questions we were able to receive help very quickly which solved any small problems that arose.
