Also, it was possible to drop off the hard drive in person whereas most other companies offered drop off points or courier collection services, sending the hard drive to a remote recovery lab. Contacting the company and all staff involved in the process was easy. In fact, my initial call on a Saturday was answered when most other companies were closed. Answers to all my questions were given in full there and then. This gave me confidence that Data Recovery Lab was the right company for me to use. They are a little more expensive than some but worth every penny for the speedy service and personal attention they offer. That said, they were cheaper than the quotes several other companies provided! I would not hesitate to recommend Data Recovery Lab to anyone finding themselves in the nightmare scenario of suddenly losing data.
