I contacted this company last year after a hacking incident to obtain a confirmation report I could present to the police.
They charged me a fee, but I never received any results or a proper report. The first red flag was when they asked me to review the scan of my own computer and identify information to include in their report!
At that time, due to ongoing cyberbullying and defamation, I had already lost my job and was in no psychological or emotional condition to recognize how unprofessional and unreasonable it was for them to shift their responsibilities onto me. I also had no technical skills to perform such a task myself.

Unsurprisingly, I never heard back from them after that. Their inaction not only cost me money — which was critical for me at the time — but also worsened my situation and exposed me to even greater risks.
I hope my experience saves others from wasting their money the same way.

I hired this company for a digital forensics service (approx. £3,000). I received a printed report with factual inaccuracies and, despite repeated requests, I did not receive an amended version or a digital copy. On 04/07/2025 I submitted a DSAR (proof retained). In a letter dated 22/08/2025, the company’s data officer stated the phone image used for the report had been deleted about ten days after the printed report was handed over. Without a preserved image or hash values, I cannot verify the methodology or conclusions. This reflects my honest experience; if the company provides documentary evidence (hashes, chain-of-custody, retention/deletion policy with title/version/dates), I will update my review. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend.
