This company is a scam who falsely told me they can help me recover my lost cryptocurrency funds. I initially looked at the reviews on Trustpilot before approaching this company but clearly the information provided of positive reviews is fake. I have also reported the matter to Trustpilot with evidence of documentaton. Please refrain to reach out to this company for help as they stole my funds in the excess of £31,000 by asking me to pay for a priority service, ETH Service Charge, Legal Fees, 50% upfront of the 5% service charge, £10,000 inter-transaction, late payment fee to Fraud and cost for the Trezor device they advised will be delivered to my address to recover the funds. The names of these so called people are Zhi Whi Lin (cryptographer), John Williams (case handler), Louise Willis (manager) Charles Caldwell and Dave Stark. I will be reporting them to the Police and please stay safe from approaching these people for help as they will always will find a way to continue asking for funds then will hold you accountable for refusing to resolve your case. I have been in contact with these scammers over 2 months and absolutely regret trusting them. The negative experience I have had with this scammers clearly resembles with the other 2 negative reviews against this scammers. Please do not make the same mistake I did and believe the positive reviews are genuine. They are simply not as the strongest hint is how brief detailed they are and they are never clear in their instructions. No genuine recovery company would take upfront payments and this is exactly what BSB Forensic scammers do to deceive people. They also do NOT have a legal team it is all a lie. They may give you a reason about me being involved in money laundering with another trading firm but gave me surety after making the payments for inter-transaction there will be no further requirement yet they attempted to scam me more to pay for a Trezor device of £500 priority service delivery cost. They knew I had used up all my funds so will eventually not be able to give anymore and put a strict deadline of 48 hours to pay or my case is closed. Please remain safe as I have noticed they have created a new account on Trustpilot as BSB Forensic Limited.

BSB FORENSIC is nothing but a fraudulent website. It is run by scammers who pretend to work for the government, claiming having a strong backing by so called 'officials'.
Recently, I lost a lot of money via crypto thru various hackers. I had reached out to BSB thinking they were authentic (reading the trust pilot) reviews not realising most of the reviews were written by themselves (see the reviewers profiles with all having no DM pics, no prevs reviews) and the language of the reviews all similar.
I got scammed by these frauds. Posing to be gentlemen like, I was cursed, called various names and swear words used when I caught them out. I have evidence (watsapp and emails).
They are known as John William, Romain (pretends to be a pastor), Charles ( pretends to be white forensic hacker) Zhao Lin (the so called manager).

This story with BSB runs too deep and too detailed. All I can say is to stay FAR AWAY FROM THEM. They are frauds and scammers. Crypto once lost, is lost forever. There is no recovery.
I have lodged official complaints with the Australian Federal Police, The cybercrime Unit, Identity Theft and all links with my banks. If you have been scammed, please do the needful asap and ensure your safety.

Do NOT REACH OUT TO ANYONE apart from the officials and let them guide you. Please take this feedback on board as I lost everything the hard way. It took me months to overcome the loss, mentally and emotionally and thus could not write this review sooner. I was in too much pain and distress. I have since overcome the obstacles and want to help those being duped. Please look after your money, yourself and your identity.

Nothing online is real. Work hard and stsy away from these kind of ppl.
