I want to give 5 stars because the covers I have had made to measure are very good quality. However The delivery times need to be more realistic. They take a lot longer that stated. So allow for this. Customer services - real person are very helpful. I was given a discount as manufacturing and delivery was delayed and I had paid for fast track.
*Covers&all - just get your delivery times more accurate, then I’m sure you will have 5 stars all the way.

I ordered a bulk order of replacement cushion covers on May 31st. Still have not received my order. When contacting customer services originally they told me it was due to delay in production and my order would be shipped out the next day. 2 weeks later still no confirmation of shipping. Contacted again only to be told the material I had chosen was out of stock. Still waiting for a full refund, I would avoid ordering from this company as cleary they lie to there customers and don't keep people informed..

Bait and switch with product presented and product sold

Ordered cover for roof lantern, original delivery date was 12 days from my order and I received it after 17 days.

I called them to chase after the first delivery date was missed, managed to get through to customer services on a Saturday and they checked order and told me the product was made and would be shipped next day.

Had a few shipping updates from courier after this (sent using Emirates then DPD) and cover arrived well packaged today. The cover material has quite a few marks on it but I can clean those off no problem, main thing is it fits well (I have checked).

Overall a pretty good experience, this was ordered after a few days of fierce heatwave so I expect they were pretty busy at that point.

Ordered a dog seat cover and was expecting within 10 working days. After 2 phone calls I have today received my parcel 6 weeks later 🙄😳

Great attention to detail from the design team to make sure the dimensions were correct and a correspondingly well fitting cover!

Ive now been waiting a month for a cover where I paid extra for delivery on the 29th June. It is now the 14th July after a further promise of delivery on the 6th July. The company have never contacted me nor offered any compensation. I had to ask for my shipping costs to be refunded. This is the third time I have had this problem and will advise others to also to avoid using this company

Placed an order three weeks ago. Their website FAQ section states “Most of the custom and personalize orders take 24 to 48 hours in production and depending on the shipping method, can we delivered in 2 to 10 business days.”

Item still not arrived and online status is "In Production".
Reasons for the delay are changing:
1) operational changes currently being implemented at our production facility.
and more recently:
2) due to a backlog in processing orders.

I have serious concerns about the integrity of this company, particularly as they are not delivering per their website information.

Ordered covers over 5 weeks ago still no delivery. Had previous used this company with no issues but clearly have gone down hill.
Had to request refund

Definitely a scam company. Do not use. I ordered a standard item on 18th June. Original delivery date was 9th July. Now they are just lying to me, firstly saying it is with dispatch team and today it is still in production. I have asked for a refund but that request is being ignored. Wish I’d sorted the trustpilot reviews into newest first before placing the order.

Update 25th July. Still waiting. I emailed them and they’ve offered to refund the postage cost £3. The cover is still showing as ‘in production’. Delivery from India could take weeks. Highly unlikely to get this item before the end of the summer holidays.

Months later and my order has still not even shipped. Interactions with customer service have repeatedly promised shipping dates that failed to materialise.

I honestly think this is a complete scam company, do not risk your money. I don’t mind where it’s made as long as it arrives, but it doesn’t look likely. I expect positive reviews on this board are fraudulent.

To reiterate, avoid this company.

Please avoid using this company appalling service for a sail order with a chaotic series of failures:

Conflicting Information: claimed I had not provided measurements, despite my confirmation of an uploaded photo and a completed order showing the correct details.
Payment Mismanagement: After I had already paid via Amazon Pay, they attempted to obtain a separate, duplicate payment.
Order Cancellation: Without any prior communication, they cancelled my order—which took several hours to create. This was immediately followed by an automated "Thank You" email hoping I enjoyed my sail. Their justification for cancelling the order was because "the merchant didn’t receive your order," yet they clearly received my measurements and my payment notification as it was showing on their website.
Delivery Discrepancies: Claimed my delivery date was revised but their website continued to display the original date.

Absolutely awful company do not use, they are in India and not in UK at all.
I placed an order, they asked me to check the dimensions I am glad I did as I had measured one wrong, that was my error. They confirmed my dimensions and sent me a draft drawing of the Chinimea Cover, they had already taken the £25.78 I paid for my original order, they then said the amended measurements would increase the cost, I asked them to confirm how much it would be before proceeding. I then check my order it says in Production and now £65.00? I went on line chat and asked to cancel the order, they confirmed not to worry it was not in production, they put it back on hold, I asked for a refund of the amount paid, Patricia Brown was the second contact I had (false name) she assured me if they offered my the 25% discount (which is available to everyone anyway) I would only have to pay a further £21.00. I reluctantly agreed as I really do need this cover. Three days later my order still shows as on hold, with a balance to pay of £65.00 my payment they have taken does not show, and no discount added as promised. I have just called and spoken to Harry (not a Harry) he said they will cancel my order and someone from refund team will call me in 4-6 hours, I said no, they said that last week and nothing happened, he said he will get it as priority and I will get a call in 1 hour. I am not holding my breath. Fortunately I paid on Paypal and will start a claim to get my money back, but I dont think it will happen directly from this scam company. Avoid at all costs of your money and time.
16/7/2026 update. Now had three tickets raised 4 promises of phone calls, emails, two online chats and still nothing. No change to order, no refund.
Reported company and also put dispute in through PayPal who will take claim up with them. Confirmed all poor reviews to PayPal and asked them to blacklist company. Absolute scammed!!

You failed to manufacture my order according to the drawing YOU submitted and when I complained you sent me an invoice showing what I ordered!!
An invoice shows only what you manufactured and I don’t see that invoice until after the fact.

The new cover WITH A ZIP arrived yesterday and fits perfectly!
I was disappointed with the Company’s initial response but, after sending a review to Trustpilot, their response was prompt and very professional.

Wants to look like a uk company but appears to be a drop shipper for India. I ordered a cover, and when it didn’t arrive was given no revised delivery date. ‘Order backlog’ - had to cancel order wasted weeks. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid

I regret ever ordering from this company. Several weeks after my order I am still waiting to receive my items. I have been fobbed off with five delivery dates all of which have been missed. After lots of back and forth with their (gratingly over-familiar) customer service team, they did agree to process a full refund, but then backtracked and have since failed to honour that. They’ve now stopped responding altogether. I am currently significantly out of pocket and see no realistic chance of ever receiving the items ordered - I might get my outdoor cushions by mid-winter, if I’m lucky!

While this Indian based company offers reasonably priced items they take a lot longer to come than advised, are not in the UK and have some of the worst customer service I've encountered. My previous order was shipped (late) to the wrong address. My current order should have arrived today but after raising a support ticket with no answer their terrible online chat is saying it will be at least another 3 weeks and also accused me of changing the order which resulted in it being on hold (I didn't). They seem to be using the same production backlog excuse others have reported. Hopefully this will turn up soon otherwise I'll be forcing a refund via my credit card provider.

I was emailed a delivery expected date of 3rd July after placing the order on 24th June.
Spoken with live chat and there's a backlog apparently. My order has'nt even been processed or made it into production.
NOT MADE IN THE UK either ! Ships from INDIA.
No comuncation from them apologizing for any delays or backlog. Vague/poor tracking information given.

Will i receive my order ???

I am absolutely over the moon with my covers, they arrived sooner than stated, the quality is fabulous, I will definitely recommend and order again from you again! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟
