Ordered over a month ago and whilst my order has “moved to production” nothing has happened since and I still haven’t received the items and told they will be dispatched in another weeks time and then will be shipped from India, sorry I ordered from this company which I was lead to believe was in the UK.

Well made, quality solar shade, made to measure triangular sail.

Followed instructions to use the recommended ‘curved’ shape, plus adjustable attachments. Sadly came up too small for our needs. But as we were impressed with quality, we re ordered, same dimensions, but straight sides. Just arrived and now does exactly what we need. Covers the space and provides greater shade

We paid priority postage both times, both times a week longer than promised, BUT quick…two weeks from India to UK.

shop around the discounts and fill-in your details / follow on Facebook etc to increase your discount points.

So, now have a good quality sail that does exactly what we need,that we couldn’t buy elsewhere , so happy customer.

I wanted an outdoor mattress cover for my daybed which costed me £60. They Sent me the wrong measurements for my daybed and then refused to replace it without charging £250. So I now have a product that I can’t use.

Beware, this company has no UK customer service so it’s difficult to get a Resolution.

Its hard not to rant about the diabolical treatment I've received from this set up.

*1st delivery late
*on arrival, measurements were wrong, & seat cushions were too thick to use.
*After insane amounts of back & forth via email & phone calls new seat cushions ordered.
*These weren't put into production until way after given delivery date.
*1st order in April, now July, & i still don't have usable seat cushions.
*£96 compensation offered, reduced to £17 for no clear reason.
*Comms are so bad I asked if I was dealing with a Bot.
***DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

They have not delivered an order which is more than two weeks late, they basically took orders when they are over booked and don't give a darn about the customers. They basically lie to you when ordering and say orders will be two weeks to delivery

I placed my order on 05/06/2026 and have still not received my order . I emailed them to say this was unacceptable and they emailed me back with a new delivery date which will not download on my email. I have still not received my order . I have tried to talk to them on the chat thing and still can not get any sort of response.
Please do not use this website, it is an absolute SCAM .

The lack of communication from this company is appalling. I placed an order and I am yet to have any communication regarding tracking or delivery.

Order still not received, delivery dates long overdue, promised call backs never happen, excuses that they ran out of material, have a backlog of orders to fulfil. Told this morning that my item had now been produced, and then told this afternoon by someone else that in fact it still had not been produced and is likely to take another two weeks to arrive. Begs the question - is this a scam company ? Have been assured of a call back within the hour - let's see, have requested expedited production and shipping - let's see. In the interim a review score of one star is overly generous based on experience to date. PS they make out as if they are a UK company but you get through to India. Beware and avoid.

Still waiting , been at Fed Ex Stansted for over 6 days , all they ever say is apologies for this , its a back log etc , they cant even get the courier to confirm a date ! Everything made in India & this is not made clear on the website why not ?? .. just hope it arrives in time for my garden event , but we will never buy off them again

I ordered my dog seat covers 10th June 2026 and i wish i had read the reviews. It is now July 2nd and still nothing. The site does not tell you this is not a UK company or that delivery will take so long. I have contacted customer services on several occasions and the story changes everytime. Like everyone else has said "Production delays" When i requested a refund they rang me and said i could not have one as it the fabric had been cut. Thye offered to refund postage, doubt i will see that. They then said as i had requested a refund i delayed the process but if i went ahead it would be dispatched Monday 29th June. I was told my order has been fabricated , passed quality control and is ready to be shipped. Yesterday 1st July i chased again and i was now told my order was in final production and the order would be shipped July 7th. Strange as previoulsy it was ready to go. They agreed to refund me another £10, again wont hold my breath. They have agreed if not dispatched by 7th July i could have a refund. Really not sure if this is a scam or they are just busy. I need the covers and i dont want to order differnent ones in case these do arrive. Easy option is avoid this company at all costs!!!!

My order was quite unique and precise. Clear details were discussed . My order arrived perfectly wrapped and on time. Erecting was easy and the cover fitted like a glove. Extremely happy with the product and end result.

Below is the review I originally left. I wish to reiterate it and stress that this company is a nightmare. I gave them yet another chance and they gave me a small refund and promised a new delivery date. Needless to say, no delivery has happened and my order is still showing as 'in production'. It has been 'in production' since April! I have now asked for a full refund. Let's see what happens.

I would like to give negative stars. Do not touch this company. I placed an order on 12 April and have still not received it. When I chase I get standard e mails promising delivery dates that don't happen. They offered me a discount to keep me happy. That amount has been deducted on my account with them- as opposed to the amount I paid on 12 April - but I have not received any refund. I have now asked for a full refund - let's see what happens. I am getting the papers ready to issue a court claim.

I ordered sun shade and it should have been delivered on June 12th. It now June 30th and still no delivery. The customer services is shocking, communication is shocking... do not use this company.

I rest my case. The email you sent me on June 16th at 17.41, said it would be posted on June 22nd, and now you are telling me it hasn't been shipped. If I could give you a minus star I would... and a total insult to offer a 10% discount and a further 10% of a future order... why would anyone order again when the service has been so bad. I wish i could post pictures of the correspondence as proof.

Do not order from this company, its not worth the hassle! We paid for a priority service but our cushions didn't arrive. There was no communication from the company to say that there was a delay. After chasing them, I discovered that the cushions were delayed and hadn't even gone into manufacturing by the original delivery date. During this time I received a number of disorganised and incorrect emails from various customer service agents who didnt seem to have a clue. I even recieved an email saying they hoped I was happy with my order and would I leave a review even though my order hadnt arrived. Then I got an email on the 25th saying they were going to be delivered on the 22nd. The cushions arrived on the 29th, 3 weeks late and one has a big mark on it. They are refusing to offer any sort of refund for the delay and I'm sure will try to avoid any sort of refund regarding the ruined cushion. I wish I has never ordered with them. Even their response to my review is out of date as I responded 2 days ago!!! Unbelievable levels of incompetence.

Absolutely no level of service. Apparently this company doesn't react to refund requests.

Pathetic scammers.

Ive used this company on many occasions, without a problem. Sadly however, they have gone rapidly down hill. I ordered cushions at beginning of May and would get them in 2 weeks. Roll on to now, end of June and still waiting for delivery. There has been excuse after excuse, its a joke. Ive had enough of waiting now, not prepared to wait any longer.I've demanded my money back. Bet that doesn't happen either. Ive constantly been lied to, by this company. This morning my order is still in production,even though i was told it would be dispatched yesterday. When i told them this, they said it has been dispatched. So when i asked for tracking number, they couldnt give me one, as in their words, its still in production ! WTF ! Make your mind up, which is it. Avoid this company at all costs, terrible, will never use again. I have demanded a refund, but they are now ignoring me. lets see what happens. Watch this space !

order now cancelled. Im getting my money back allegedly. And it just goes to prove, that the person who told me my order was dispatched yesterday, really was telling lies. I will let you know when money is refunded, if ever !

Disappointing experience.

Bought a custom cover for an outdoor furniture set with a delivery date “by 29th June” so that the furniture would be well protected by the time it arrived.

Contacted them on 29th as I’d heard nothing about delivery. The cover still hadn’t been made and they said it would be at least another two weeks, but possibly longer (they couldn’t even give me a date).

I was promised several callbacks that didn’t happen. When I eventually spoke to someone they offered a measly 10% off but still didn’t know when it would arrive.

Now I’m left with outdoor furniture exposed to the elements while I need to order a product from elsewhere - and I don’t even have my money back (which will take another 10 days apparently).

xtremely disappointing service and unacceptable delay

I am extremely disappointed with this company and would not recommend their services.

We placed an order for school equipment which was needed for an important Open Day event. The delivery time was already very long, but despite this, the order was still delayed due to a “production issue”. We were only informed properly after chasing for an update, which shows very poor communication and a lack of professionalism.

This delay caused real inconvenience for our school and impacted our preparations. The response from customer support was polite, but it did not solve the problem and did not give me any confidence that the company understands the seriousness of the situation.

In my opinion, the service has been unreliable, the communication poor, and the overall experience extremely frustrating. I will not be ordering from this company again and I would strongly advise others to be very careful before placing an order, especially if you need something delivered by a specific date.

Very disappointing experience.

Edits: company said in an answer to my 1 star review they'd issued me a full fund, but to date nothing has been received.

Be very careful when buying from this company as your purchase will be delayed. I wish I'd checked reviews first and I wouldnt have ordered from this company as they aren't UK based its all made and shipped from the sweat shops in India and I didn't find anything on their website to indicate this.

Also don't waste your money on buying the cable ties from them if you need the product to go on a pergola as they won't fit around a 2.5" by 2.5" post.

Customer services were useless when I asked when shipping would be as it had gone past date they said they'd be delivered, just quoted its in production.

The only means of communication seems to be an online chat. I have complained twice that my order has missed its promised delivery date and both time they moved the date. They’ve missed it again. However I have been bombarded with loads of promotional emails!!! So I have no idea on the quality of the product, they’ve taken full payment 12th May and failed to deliver (now 29th June). They are not proactive in their communication unless they want to sell you something.
