I’ve used this company many times and have always been very impressed by the service and quality of products.
The slightly higher cost while not huge is worth every penny. I’ve had my covers for many years. They are hard wearing, long lasting and look good which is why I continue to trust them again and again,

After searching and researching for a decent outdoor waterproof furniture cover custom sized and seeing some ridiculous prices we opted for a cover from Covers and All, received yesterday just in time for storm, fits perfectly never moved in high winds, and completely waterproof excellent service 👏

The cover was a perfect fit, and the waiting time for delivery was not too long.

The cover when it arrived was crumpled.

Although the delivery date was put back, after speaking to customer service, they rushed the delivery to meet my required date.

When I made the order (bespoke tarp with eyelets)I thought it was being made in the UK rather than it start its journey in India !.
That said despite the delay because of its travel to the UK have to say I was really pleased with my order, Well made and would order again .

Very disappointed with Covers & All. I placed my order on 5 October and paid £117.39, including an additional courier charge. The confirmation stated delivery by 15 October, but the shipping notification only arrived on 16 October—and still showed the delivery date that had already passed.

I emailed a formal complaint on 17 October. Their automatic reply promised an update within two hours, but as of 23 October I have received no proper response or explanation.

Meanwhile, they have continued sending promotional emails and requests for a review. It is frustrating to be asked for feedback while my complaint remains unanswered.

Late delivery and poor customer service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend them.

The company responded to the review and I replied to their email as follows:

Hi, I have had to put a square garden table under the cover to support it as it was exceptionally loose. This table has now stopped water pooling on the sofa cover and to stop the cover flapping in the wind I have jammed the the 2 chairs and rectangular table in front of the sofa. The covers on the chairs and the table fit perfectly well. All of the furniture survived last night’s storm so although not an ideal solution I will leave the table under the sofa cover throughout the winter.

BUYERS BEWARE both pre sales and after sales support is non existent, like ‘snaw aff a dy.. I,e. Snow off a wall) they disappear as soon as there is an issue. I even contacted ‘review@…… and as usual no response. Let me explain - I bought a cover for my hanging chair 5 years or so ago, delighted with it. So tried to buy covers for my garden sofa, 2 chairs and a table in Cover Tuff in Grey to match my existing. Only the table was available in Cover Tuff on the website so contacted sales and for Months they promised help with question after questions to match the colours then completely ignored me. As I was delighted with the existing cover I decided to go ahead and buy the table in Cover Tuff and the rest of the furniture in Cover Max which was a darker grey. I could live with that as the existing hanging chair matched that colour. However when the furniture arrived the covers for the table and 2 chairs fitted well but the sofa cover was that loose at the front whilst fitting well at the sides and back. I raised the issue with Tarak K Patel who was initially helpful until he realised that I wanted the issue resolved and disappeared never to be heard from again. I also raised a Ticket on their website and again no response at all. Finally I contacted ‘review@……’ as above and again heard nothing. So if you ever have problems do not expect any support from pre nor aftersales. I am now stuck with a cover that doesn’t fit despite me triple checking the dimensions with my brother in law before submitting. I am still happy with the quality of the covers but very disappointed with the sofa cover. Some may say it was my own fault for going ahead after the pre sales help was useless but I was happy with the quality of the existing cover and never had a problem ordering that. Now after discovering Aftersales support is also useless I am left with a over that doesn’t fit. All I will say is you have any issues at ordering stage back off immediately as there will be no support after you buy if you experience any other issues, good luck

I would love to give them a five star review, but I can't. The ordering process can be tricky but doable. Then the back and forth and back and forth begins - messages, email, chat bots, even a handful of calls, the continued confirmation request..... However after the wait and the testing of my patience they finally arrived a few days early, and they are 100% perfect...and worth the wait. Well done Covers&all....okay have your extra star and I'll order more once you send me a repeat order discount code 😜 and as long as they hold up to the Great British winter, I'll continue to give you 5/5.
PS I think they are made in India although they seem to be a British based company.

I have placed an order with Covers and All and after several we dont understand you measurement messages and numerous replies from me and 'tickets' raised by them I cannot get ANY communication - when you ring them they cut you off - appalling - will contact my credit card company and get a charge back

The product is of great quality and when it was delayed in transit the customer service team were immediately in touch to let me know. The only reason I've given 4 stars and not 5 is that the courier company, FedEx, left the package on TOP of my parcel box whilst I was away on holiday and it was in plain sight of the road and any passing traffic and also got soaked from the rain. If the courier company could just put the parcel IN the parcel box next time I order (and I will!) then that will be 5 stars.

Great product , fantastic customer service helping with any issues I felt required prompt attention .
Attention to detail on my requirement was helped by customer service promptly regarding my errors on measurements and design team diagram was perfect on my description as the required size was not basic .
Highly recommend this company as product was thick fabric as requested , fast delivery . Will defo use this company again .

I have ordered several items previously & have always been impressed by the quality of the products. They are not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for. This latest cover was produced & delivered in just over a week from ordering. Same quality as before & a perfect fit for my garden seat. I would not even consider looking anywhere else for any future cover needs. 10/10.

Whilst the product might be good and the initial service to get the dimensions exact was excellent, their Customer Services are terrible. An automated email stated that the cover was due for delivery too early(15th), when it was agreed to deliver after my return from holiday from the 19/10 onwards. Despite four requests to yourselves to hold back the delivery of a £400 cover until I was home, the requests were not even answered. When one final one was answered, it stated response in 2 hours - this never happened.
The delivery was on 16/10, 3 days before my return and stayed on my doorstep in full view of passers-by for three days.
It arrived in plastic packaging, which did not shield the £400 bespoke cover from scratches or sharp objects as it travelled from India to the UK via Italy and France.
Summary: complete lack of response and ownership together with a failure to deliver from a requested date

The covers are well-made from high-quality materials. The company goes out of its way to ensure the covers meet our expectations. They provide accurate visual mock-ups and will modify the design any number of times before committing to manufacture, to ensure they are accurately produced.
Despite this personal bespoke service, the prices of the products are very affordable, similar to, and sometimes cheaper than off-the-peg items.
I'm very pleased with both of my orders.

I ordered a shade and after a long wait it turned up and was about half the expected size.
Apparently if you order fitting components (which are hugely expensive - £50) they reduce the size of the shade ordered to include the fittings. This is ridiculous as the price of the shade is dependant on size, so I payed for a larger shade which I didnt recieve. The fittings are measured and their largest extent so the size reduced was considerable 220cm down 140cm.
There is an extra payment required for "assurance plus" which give one year cover for mishaps including measuring errors, which I paid.
Despite writing to the company several times requesting a replacement for the size I ordered and then requesting how to claim on assurance plus I was ignored.
There customer service simply ceased responding to me.

Covers & All delivered an utterly fantastic, bespoke cover - that is astonishingly well-made - really quickly! The design service is very personal and changes were made very quickly and accurately. I was kept appraised of what was happening (or required of me) at every step of process and I’m thoroughly happy with the result. I couldn’t recommend this company more highly! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great customer service. Love the products. They come from India but well worth the wait. I've purchased tarpaulins, BBQ cover and securing clips. Great value for money.
