I have arranged for a set of document to be sent to you by post. The documents take between 5-7 working days to be received but we accept no liability for documents that are lost or delayed in the post. The system will also automatically send you a set of documents by email also.

AVOID AT ALL COST!
May “26 and made a claim. Got a filthy curtesy car from the repairers and since then have had no communication from Coop. I made an enquiry about my claim back in June and was informed that investigations was ongoing. I again made contact today and have so far spent90 minutes being passed through various departments which requires me to answer security questions each time. Up to this point I have been on the phone for 90 minutes and they suddenly ended the call.

Efficient and compassionate
Though the website/claiming online is a bit clunky and could be improved we are very satisfied with the insurance and handling of ongoing claims which has been very efficient, timely and fuss-free. Cancellation due to the sad passing of our dog was handled smoothly and with compassion.

Found the Co-Op travel insurance site easy to navigate, all questions were easy to respond to and answer, choice of policy options, and reasonably priced . Very happy with over experience, and a very positive experience. Would recommend and definitely use again for future trips.

It was easy to get my insurance but one problem I couldn’t print my documents it just wouldn’t accept my password which is was right. I did phone up and spoke to a friendly man who is sending the documents out by post

We have been using the Coop travel for three years
We have been using the Coop travel insurance for a few years and can honestly say they are the most competitive especially good for us as elderly customers, The service team on the telephone are extremely helpful. I had a health problem which a lovely young man called Luke who assisted me to get insurance today as I was travelling in two days it was such a relief and I am so very grateful.
