I had absolutely no contact with a person I was able to conduct the whole transaction without the need of a human being. I was the only human involved!!

I hadn't received my confirmation email (my fault)and the situation was dealt with very professionally by the young lady who dealt with me.
Also initially the booking website was very straightforward.

I have been a member of the co-op for…

I have been a member of the co-op for many years. Recently I got pet insurance for my cat . Was delighted to find I got a discount as a member, & a further discount as I had got my cat from an animal charity.
