Couldn’t do it on line - triesd the phone but the robot woman couldn’t understand the word yes ,
Then I waited 15 mins to get answered without any indication of how long the wait would be - really poor - the guy I eventually spoke to was nice but I had to repeat numbers a lot a hesaid it kept cutting out !

C0-OP Insurance Renewal

Brad was my contact at the Co-op for my my Contents Insurance renewal. I had numerous changes to be made, and Brad worked through them with me to complete my Insurance all sorted.
