Garantie Fälle werde nicht gewährt, huawei watch gt 3 pro soll ein Feuchtigkeitsfehler haben, dabei soll die Uhr 5 atm haben, mir wird zu schuld zu getragen, da ich mit der huawei watch gt 3 pro duschen gegangen bin bei Körpertemperatur, das gibt ihnen das Recht kein Garantie fall zu gewähren. Und das bei einen einkaufswert von 500€, und die Garantie läuft noch 1,5 Jahre.

Es ist eine bodenlose Frechheit.
Ich empfehle euch kauft keine Produkte von huawei. Wenn die in der Produktion ein Fehler machen und da wird nicht nach geprüft wird dieser Fehler auf den Schulter der Kunden zur last getragen.

Trato absolutamente pésimo. Envío hasta 4 veces al servicio técnico que despachan con una actualización de firmware (por defecto) y un "ha pasado satisfactoriamente los controles de calidad". El dispositivo sigue sin funcionar y no se quieren hacer cargo de resolverlo en garantía.

Awful experience so far. received a notification that the item I wanted (a 3 pack of mesh routers), on the 15th August. I ordered whilst it was available and showing as in stock

I attempted to ask after about 10 days what was happening with the order, and advised I would be contacted, this took about a further 10 days or so for them to even reply saying they're awaiting stock and expected in first half of September so if I'd like a refund to wait

The website says items are generally dispatched in about 3 days. It is now the 21st September and still no sign of it being dispatched

Fix Your god damn phones, most apps that are made for android don't work on Your stuoid Emui system.

With the p30 pro, I was watching a lot of youtube videos with the phone in vertical position. After 3 4 months, there was a color difference between the region where the youtube application was running and the bottom of the screen. I went to huawei wembley service. The screen was burnt and they replaced the screen under warranty. After 2 3 weeks, my phone is out of charge. Normally I never turn off my phone . I try charge it but it reloop 3 4 times after resetting the phone, it turned on. I didn't pay much attention to it because huawei harmonios was being broadcast at that time, I think maybe it's because of it. After 5 6 months , the same discoloration on the phone reappeared in the same area . I went to the same service again, this time they said that there was oxidation in the charging socket, so the screen burned. I told them that there was the same malfunction before, but that there was no oxidation in the charging socket at that time, they repaired it under warranty, they could not answer. Since I don't know English very well, they talked to me sarcastically when I went for the second time. Since they did not attach the back cover of the phone properly, they broke its resistance against water and dust. 3 months ago, my phone got an update, emUI 12. I updated the software, my phone did not turn on again. I sold all of my huawei p20 pro p40 pro huawei watch scale earphones. I will definitely not buy huawei again. The stores I went to today were empty because of customer dissatisfaction. I'm back on the apple platform. My iphone 6 phone that I bought 7 years ago is still working. My huawei phone that I bought 1.5 years ago is dosent work 😅😅. i bought iphone 12 i bought air pods. I ordered watch 7. The employees at this service are very helpful, but wembley huawei did not fix my phone properly, it caused my phone to be out of warranty. Don't be the enemy of your money!!!

All I said such a poor customer service 1 month with this crap phone no one helping waste my money on this not recommended to anyone buy Huawei, should other brands phone who always happy to help you out not like that I have no words what to say I wish i can speak to owner of this company and tell him to sell sweetcorn rather than this company

Online realice la compra de un watch fit que tenían en oferta. Publicitan que de 1-3 días laborables lo tendría en mi domicilio. 8 días después esto no había sucedido y tras varias llamadas, alguien piadoso me indico que tenían "rotura de stock" y cancelé el pedido, en un correo me ofrecieron un bono de 20€ para comprar un modelo superior; digo yo que podrían haberme enviado ese modelo ya que con ese bono suponía prácticamente el mismo importe, pero ya no me fio no quiero el bono. Aún no me han devuelto el dinero... Veremos cuánto tardan pero la atención al cliente pésima, aunque doy gracias de esa persona piadosa. Me costó varias llamadas para que alguien me informará de la situación tan de mi pedido.
Con Amazon lo tuve al día siguiente

After 2 phones, 2 headsets, 3 smartwatches, this is the last item I will buy from Huawei. I bought a Watch 3 Pro bundled with an additional Pebble Gray Strap in offer and I'm really disappointed. The strap is just a single loop piece of nylon and cannot be wear all day long because it's very uncomfortable and not well engineered: one of the 2 ends has to be fold on your wrist. I requested a replacement and I keep receiving calls to convince me that the strap is ok, it's me who is wrong.

Customer service well tell you to send everything back including the free gifts just for a replacement ( its the company policy she tell you ) after doing more research the return address is a repair address of a third party.
you going to have to keep chasing after Huawei for your replacement or refund again good luck.
customer service is going to call you to tell you that they only received the faulty laptop and that is going to be the only call you going to get from them.
its been 6 weeks now still No Replacement, Refund or any communication. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! SCAMMERS

Dreadful experience - avoid at all costs! If you want one of their products buy it from a third party DO NOT use their website.

Placing the order was simple and they took my money quickly enough, then it went all quiet. When I hadn't received my e-mail with despatch details I contacted then via chat. They were unable to give me anymore information on the status.

I feel for the agents who have to face the public because it's not their fault, they clearly have a very poorly designed or non-integrated process in that they couldn't see what warehouse/despatch were doing but also couldn't transfer me to someone who could answer my questions.

Eventually I phoned and asked for it to be escalated. To be fair they got back to me within a few hours and said there was an 'IT glitch' and I'd have to re-order - I declined and asked to cancel and refund.

I got an e-mail that then said 8 - 10 WORKING days to process the refund for an item that was never despatched, let alone received ..... *

*Insert as many and as bad swearwords as you want here

Huawei P30 Pro.
Useless customer support, ignored my emails after initial contact. Denied liability for enforced update wiping all my data, thereby forcing me to purchase hardware and software to retrieve data. Extra charges for back-up data storage. Will never buy a Huawei again!

I sent my Huawei P30 mobile phone for repair on the 7th May and its been nearly 2 weeks since I had sent it off, and I am still waiting for it to be repaired.

They haven't got the part, which apparently comes from abroad and are blaming brexit for the delay in the delivery, which doesn't make any sense.

I have been without a device now for 12 days and encounting and Huawei won't do anything to help me.

I have to chase them everyday for an update and never get updated.

Shockingly bad service

Huawei P40: the worst mobile phone I ever had. I was very happy with my Huawei phones until I decided to upgrade to the Huawei P40. Except from a great camera, the phone is useless to me as it does not support Google play which means I cannot access 99% of my applications such as my bank app to see my balance or my games to play or my online newspaper. You can see Google maps and get directions but you cannot save your favorite locations because that is also not supported. They have their own Huawei app gallery where you can get Tik Tok, if you are into that, but for most other important apps you can ask to be notified when - if ever - they will be available. In short I now carry 2 phones with me: my old phone so that I can access my apps, use the internet etc and my Huawei P40 which I use only to make calls and take pictures. Hopefully I will soon buy a new phone but my motto from now on will be "Huawei Never Again".

Les comunique que la penosa empresa de transporte DHL no me había entregado el pedido y que no sabian donde estaba el paquete mi cuando lo iba a recibir . Pues la solución de Huawei es que ya lo consultaría con DHL y me darían una solución. Hasta la fecha nada de nada, han pasado cuatro días y no se han dignado ni en contestarme, el pedido era para un regalo que no va a llegar a tiempo. Así que lo devolveré. Tomen nota con Huawei. Nunca más.

Code funktioniert nicht. Kundenservice vertröstet einen nur und macht leere Versprechungen wie dass gleich ein neu generierter Code zugesendet wird. Nichts passiert. Haben Bestellungen wohl nicht nötig. Schade

Je connaissais à titre professionnel Huawei pour ses routeurs indestructibles et ses téléphones de bonne qualité.
J'ai commandé pour un usage personnel un PC portable HUAWEI MateBook 13 le jeudi soir. Je l'ai reçu le samedi matin. J'écris cette appréciation le mardi. C'est un PC de bonne qualité, rapide, silencieux, agréable à l'œil et au toucher. Pour le prix, je n'en espérais pas tant.

My phone developed a fault. I contacted Huawei support about the issue 3 days before the warranty period ended.
The service engineer arranged for the phone to be collected and delivered to their service centre.
The phone was returned to me with no repair.
On calling the support line again, I was told that because the phone arrived at the service centre after the warranty expired then it was not covered.

Why did the service agent arrange collection on a service that could not possibly get the phone to them in time?

Why does this even matter? The fault was reported and logged with Huawei before the warranty expired.

I have complained by phone and email and have been fobbed off both times.

I still plan to take this further, but everyone should be aware of this appalling and disrespectful service.
Huawei has no intention to do their due diligence and support their customers.
