Took the money, never showed up!
Company never answered their phone, leaving a family of four at Heathrow at 0530 on a Sunday morning trying to have their car parked without anyone!
Phone number is invalid, and they're not answering emails. Had to initiate chargeback proceedings.

I made the mistake of using this company and they damaged the alloy on my car and then accused me of doing it! A truly awful experience and no response from the so called customer service department by email or calling a number that never answers.
Just avoid this awful company and use a reputable firm I’ve used Maple Manor Parking previously and will again in the future. I am £100 out of pocket to fix an alloy wheel now

do not park the car with this company. they are dodgy. they use my car to drive around. i had dash cam and they remove the cable and they didn’t realised that the dash cam goes for another hour! also i have tracker . they drove like maniacs and they will bring the car 1,2 hours late so please do not park with them.

We called the driver 40 times on our return to LHR, all within the space of an hour, but driver did not pick up our calls. Our flight was on time so no excuse for lack of response. There was no other number to call except the driver's mobile. The helpline number at 'compareparkings' didn't work. Finally we had to book a hotel for the night, get taxi back to airport in the morning, missed a day's work....
The following morning we called at 7am, the driver eventually turned up (later than promised) denied receiving our calls the night before, despite phone evidence. He simply didn't care. The company we used was expressparking.co.uk, but i'm leaving this review on compareparkings too as they need to take responsibility for doing due diligence on the partners they use.

A total rip off
A total rip off. Hidden charges not disclosed for short term parking that added additional £15 to the price. The driver was informed 30mins in advance of my arrival and I had to wait further 30 mins to have my car collected. I nearly missed my flight because of that and I had to wait an hour altogether, which costed me additional short car park charges (which are not disclosed at the purchase point as something customer has to pay on top of parking charges). I made a complaint that hasn't been processed or resolved. Very unhappy, will not be using again and will be warning my network against them.
Unacceptable and unprofessional practices.
