It's good but beware of scams
Classpass is a good way to try new workout studios and wellness activities in your city and when you travel. I've been a member for years and love the variety BUT their customer service is not great and the worst when one of their listings is a scam! Several times I booked a scam that didn't really exist at all, and Classpass just returned my credits and removed my option to leave a review so there's no way to tell other users, and the most recent scam listing is still listed a month later even thought I asked them several times to remove it! So BEWARE and do NOT book listings that are new without real written reviews unless you can independently verify the business!

Excellent customer service
My girlfriend signed up for class pass but got very sick about a week after. She was in and out of the hospital and we didnt remember to cancel the membership. They were very understanding and provided a refund for the month that got automatically renewed. These days many companies will do anything possible not to refund you. Instead Classpass was super helpful and my girl will definitely be signing back up once she fully recovers.

I think it's the darndest thing that…
I think it's the darndest thing that when I go to the class pass website to pick a class for the next day, there isnt just a simple tab that says something to the effect of "pick a class" or "classes offered" or ANYTHING like that...I have to search and browse and do things all kinds of crazy to find a class. It makes no sense! Especially because it's about finding classes!! Just make it simple and clear please on how to find a class! that would be a huge improvement!!

Customer service needs a little work
My experience was okay… they could improve but they were very kind and helpful and did resolve my issue after the second attempt. The app itself is great but the customer service “bot” needs work for sure. Once you’re able to talk to an actual person they’re a lot more helpful.
