Ich bin ehrlich gesagt ziemlich…

Ich bin ehrlich gesagt ziemlich enttäuscht von diesem Anbieter. Für den Preis bekommt man einfach viel zu wenig geboten. Bei mir kostet eine normale Mitgliedschaft im Fitnessstudio etwa 20 € im Monat – dafür kann ich unbegrenzt trainieren und bekomme deutlich mehr Leistungen.
Hier hingegen zahle ich 19 € monatlich für gerade einmal 11 Credits. Wenn ein einzelner Besuch im Gym schon 7 Credits für 120 Minuten kostet, kann ich nicht einmal zweimal im Monat trainieren. Das steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis.
Selbst wenn man zusätzliche Credits für etwa 1,50 € pro Stück dazukaufen kann, wird es am Ende noch teurer. Wenn man nur zwei Mal im Monat ins Gym gehen möchte, zahlt man insgesamt deutlich mehr als für eine unbegrenzte Mitgliedschaft in einem Fitnessstudio in der Nähe.
Welchen Vorteil soll dieses Modell also bieten? Ich sehe hier ehrlich gesagt keinen echten Mehrwert. Es wirkt eher wie eine unnötig teure Alternative zu einer klassischen Mitgliedschaft.

I was automatically enrolled in a paid membership when I only intended to book a free trial class, without clear prior notice or proper informed consent.

Very poor experience overall.

I had a really frustrating experience…

I had a really frustrating experience initially trying to resolve a billing issue related to lost credits, but my second interaction completely turned things around.

The agent took the time to actually understand the context of my situation instead of just repeating policy. My account had lapsed due to a compromised credit card, which was outside of my control, and she recognized that this qualified as a special circumstance.

She handled it with empathy, clarity, and efficiency, and was able to reinstate my credits quickly once she reviewed the account.

I really appreciated that she looked beyond the standard policy and focused on a fair outcome. It made a huge difference and restored my confidence in using ClassPass.

Be aware of this scam! you will be charged without consent

I am adding to my previous review. Class pass responded to my review with a e mail address to fix the issue but that e mail is non existent. I received a referral from my friend and 20 free passes but as soon as I signed up the passes were taken away. They charge my credit card and the free trial was also taken away. I feel this company is a scam and you can only talk to a robot no customer service whatsoever.

Loss of expired credits during pregnancy

I have not been able to use my credits due to being less active during pregnancy. I am a new member and was not aware these credits expired and would not accrue. I was hoping to use my credits when I felt better later. I have paid for 5 months of credits, and only have access to a partial amount of those credits.

This site should be illegal

I have cancelled my membership twice and they have gone on to charge me for 12+ months in both instances. Each time I noticed, I complained and they only refunded me for 5-months, saying they would reimburse the remaining 7-months in credit. The credit never appears and if you ask for it - you receive an automatic response saying they are too busy to respond, and not to contact again or you will be de-prioritised.
