I signed up for the free trial simply to test the functionality of our business account. My bad, I simply forgot to end the trial. When I saw the charges on my account and explained the situation they immediately refunded the full amount. I am very happy with their honest and kind way of doing business and the help I received.

It’s a good concept and helps me save money to an extent. However the 12 hour cancellation policy is quite rigid and unfair. It should be 8 hours and the fee should be much less. Also, a lot of gyms/studios are backing out because ClassPass does not give them enough of the profits so now there’s a more limited selection of classes. Lastly, I don’t want to rate the class every single time I go. Stop asking every time I open the app after a class.
