FIVE STAR as always but Operational Changes give me cause for concern
I have been with the same engineer since our alarm was installed by a small company (Smart Alarms in 1993) 'My' engineer is called Paul Barton - he is brilliant and he knows exactly how our system is set up, he knows where the cabling is routed and he is always on hand for any changes we may need. Smart Alarms were swalled up by Chubb quite some time ago and Paul has been employed by them ever since. I understand he is now to be moved to a different area by Chubb. Nonetheless, if I need him I will always request that Paul is dispatched to sort me out. I truly hope that Chubb build a certain amount of flexibility into their planning schedules and that I can continue to get the great service I have had (and paid for) over the last 33 years.
