VISIT CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTICE - YET AGAIN
I HAD A MISSED CALL FROM THE CHUBB CENTRE APPROX 20 MINS BEFORE AFTERNOON SLOT FOR SERVICE VISIT. NO MESSAGE LEFT. I CALLED BACK AND WAS TOLD THAT THE ENGINEER WAS SICK AND VISIT NEEDED TO BE REBOOKED. WHY ON EARTH DID THE CENTRE TAKE MORE THAN 3 HOURS TO CANCEL THE VISIT ? NO WAY TO RUN A REPUTABLE BUSINESS. THE CALL CENTRE PERSON I DEALT WITH WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, DESPITE MY ( COURTEOUS ) IRRITATION WITH THIS SHABBY CONDUCT BY HER COLLEAGUES - AND SHE DID RING BACK LATER O SAY THAT SHE HAD ARRANGED A VISIT SAME DAY BY ANO ENGINEER. BOTH THE CALL CENTRE PERSON AND THE ENGINEER WHO TURNED UP WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, BUT THIS HAS LEFT A SOUR TASTE- AS ITS THE 3rd TIME A VISIT HAS BEEN CANCELLED - THE PREVIOUS 2 TIMES I ONLY FOUND OUT WHEN I CALLED AT THE END OF THE AFTERNOON TO BE TOLD - CANCELLED. CHUBB CALL CALL CENTRE REALLY IS RUBBISH.

I had to ring Chubb late evening to…
I had to ring Chubb late evening to assist with my work premises alarm going off, it wasn’t my responsibility but I was the most local staff member. Chubb were very helpful & friendly & the engineer called me back really quickly & talked me through resetting the alarm, I was very pleased with the immediate response & help.

Installation of new alarm system
The engineer arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and worked in a very effective manner, just got on with the task. Once completed hew explained what he had done and explained how the new system worked, and demonstrated in a very clear manner Also had a great customer approach , very polite and informative, name of engineer, Ryan Jenkins
