From first phone call till the end result I found Christie’s (Rob) to be first class in every way. These things can get complicated but nothing got in the way. 5 Stars in every way.

Matt was fantastic throughout the very long and protracted sale process. He must have the patience of a saint having to deal with the solicitors, one in particular. He kept in us in the loop at all times and kept emailing and calling them to update and progress the sale. Christies may be more expensive than other agents, but they acheived a price well in excess of what the others were expecting, which more than made up for the fee.

Sophie was so professional, knowledgeable and helpful, so easy to deal with. Quality service at all times. Always at end of phone when needed too. Couldn’t fault her or Christie’s in their approach and dealings with us. Its been quite a journey but we got their in the end with much thanks to Sophie and Christie’s. Highly recommend.

Our agent was Sam Brooks. He contacted us and visited our provision straight away. He was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and more than willing to talk us through the bits we didn't understand. He was easily contactable throughout, and returned our communications same day. He found multiple strong buyers and we ended up selling for 1.5x the valuation. He was there for us during the inevitable mid-sale wobble and found a way through which satisfied both parties. Everyone was happy!
