Purchasing a day care nursery is a major step, and Jassi at Christie & Co made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. The process lasted over two years.I had the choice of two potential buyers,the other interested buyers were insulting.Several viewings a complete waste of everyone’s time.
Over the timescale the practice performed very well but the asking price was not reviewed and upgraded to reflect this and market uplift.I unilaterally managed to get a further £20k+ by direct contact with the buyer.
It actually felt towards the end of the process that Christie’s were actually acting more in the buyers interest.
I provided my own photography.The recommended list of lawyers and providers for EPC assessment was questionable.
It is very hard to accept that this performance justified the “fees” that Christie’s received.
