We recently had a home report carried out and were very pleased with the service provided. The surveyor was professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. The report was detailed, easy to understand, and highlighted important issues in a way that helped us make informed decisions.

Surveyor arrived on time and was extremely professional, providing feedback as he went about the survey.

Kenny was great. Had an issue on the report regarding a boundary wall but got it resolved with a phone call.

The surveyor (I’m sorry I cannot remember his name) was very polite and knowledgeable. The results were quite good and the valuation was clear. The valuation given was what we thought the property was worth. When I first made enquiries regarding a survey the person who answered the phone explained what it entailed, the cost and a date for the visit. Again very polite and knowledgeable.

Surveyor Richard Lennon was running slightly late for his appointment but did call us to apologise and give us his arrival time. Survey was completed in a professional and friendly manner as you would hope and expect from such an established company.
The survey was carried out on Friday afternoon and by mid afternoon on the Monday it had been submitted for our review and approved by return. No complaints or issues whatsoever apart from obviously the price. But that is standardly expensive no matter what firm you go with.

I contacted DMHall as l needed a home report. Not having used the process before l found the advice and information really helpful. The local agent was extremelyquick to reply to my enquiry email and was very helpful. Unfortunately she was unable to carry out the survey as she was on annual leave but spoke with her office in Inverness and organised for someone else to undertake the work. The online booking and forms are easy to use and it is clear what stage the process is at. The communication with this company was positive, quick responses,very personable and accommodating. The booked appointment took place on time and was thorough and professional. The draft report was received very promptly.
I am very impressed with their service. The full report was in my inbox within half an hour of me returning the confirmation information.
