I just wanted to share a few words about our experience selling our dental practice.

We worked with Paul Graham as our agent, and he was fantastic throughout the whole process. He did a great job coordinating everything with the solicitors and kept us updated regularly, which really helped put our minds at ease. He was always happy to offer advice and explain things clearly whenever we had questions.

What really stood out was how available and committed he was, he often returned our calls late in the evening and even over the weekend, which we really appreciated.

Paul is efficient, reliable, and very professional. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

A very professional service. We completed upon the sale of a closed care home earlier this year. The process was very straightforward. Realistic expectations were set regarding the timescale to sell and the potential sale price with a set of potential interested parties already identified to approach from the firms existing network. Communication was consistent throughout the process and Simon maintained contact with all parties and their solicitors to ensure momentum upon the transaction wasn't lost.

I was very happy that my sales process went smoothly in most regards with the slowest phase being a discussion with the landlord. Cathy helped to speed this along when it became clear that a deadline for the lease looked difficult to achieve.
