I purchased 2 cat trees and a cat wheel, the trees are well made and are very much used and appreciated by my two new Ragdoll kittens, one of the trees base was slightly damaged (twisted) however with a little bit of effort e were able to put it together so it’s ok the other tree was fine.
The cat wheel is tremendous extremely well made and strong once put together however it is quite a job to build so not for folks that don’t like a bit of DIY, all in all very happy.

The product is good and sturdy and looks nice and the cats like it too. However the machining on the base bolts meant that only 3 out of the 4 would align property, which was frustrating but it is still stable and usable

A very easy to navigate website started this great experience. The range of goods is incredible, and we easily found what we were looking for, at a very good price. Ordering on site was easy, delivery fast, and quality of product excellent. Also easy to assemble.

The service and product quality was great

Our new cat tree is fantastically fabulous and our 9 month old kitten thinks so too. It is so well made and extremely sturdy, we had previously bought another cat tree however the difference in quality is so apparent, cattree uk are far superior to any other cat tree I have ever purchased and we have had cats for over 35 years. It is so refreshing to buy something that exceeds your expectations, great product, great customer service, well done Cat Tree UK.

15 december geplaatst en het zal in 4 dagen geleverd worden inmiddels 9 dagen verder en nog steeds niets ontvangen. Ik kon daarom geld terug vragen hadden ze gemeld, maar nu je geld terug vraagt omdat pakket niet gehad heb krijg je totaal geen antwoord meer.

This cat castle The Logan XXL Cat Tree is absolutely incredible, and it arrived just in time for Christmas! To my surprise, my NFC boy is already using it. Usually, he waits for the new smell to fade, but not this time—he’s chosen to sleep on it instead of with me! The size is perfect for him. Plus, the installation was a breeze, even though the instructions were I think in German ? and I don’t understand a word of it!

The quality of the cat tree was phenomenal and my cat has been sleeping at the top of it since its very first day.Prices were good and delivered in good time.

Je ne suis pas satisfaite du produit reçu. L’arbre à chat sent très fort (produit). J’ai immédiatement envoyé un mail pour effectuer un remboursement. Réponse une semaine après.
Le retour me coûte 80€ ( Pays Bas) et seulement 20€ m’est remboursé. Je déconseille fortement ce site. Le prix ne reflète pas la qualité du produit.

I purchased the Maine Coon Lounger De Luxe based on the excellent reviews and quality of the stand, ordered and paid up front in advance and had to wait 12 weeks for delivery. Upon arrival the box was damaged, every part was damaged in some kind of way, chips, glue, broken and the bedding was not even put in a clean plastic bag. The whole stand was thrown in the box securing nothing. It was all dirty including the bedding. I sent pictures to customer services, who informed me it was glue and would wash off. At the price I paid I do not expect to have to clean or wash the cat stand. I was certainly not putting my kittens anyway on it.

I emailed the customer service and got a response straight away. There was no option to send me a
replacement only spare parts but everything was of very poor condition. I was willing to accept a replacement but that was not an option with this company. I asked if someone could call me back and I was told no this is an online company only. In my option it is someone who is working from home in a small room with no interest in customer care.

The box was arranged for collection, however I was asked to provide the box size and weight in order for the collection to happen, surely the company should have known this. I was also told that I would not get a refund until they had received the stand back even though I'd sent loads of pictures of the damage and they had confirmation the stand had been collected.

The collection happened then about a week later no refund, I have been chasing the refund for about 2 weeks on and off. Finally today I have a refund.

Be warned of this company, the products are less then acceptable and the packaging is terrible. They quality is not there, you can buy a much better stand at half the cost from Amazon.

I will never, ever be buying from this company ever again or be recommending them to anyone.

I hope this helps people when deciding to pay this sort of money from a less then professional company.

Still waiting on my order. Can't get through to their Customer Service team. Have tried emailing and heard nothing back. Used to be able to live chat on their website but that seems to have been taken off too. Very disappointing.

The cat climbing wall tree is a good quality product, not much else to say. Really good in terms of delivery and keeping us updated. 5 stars.
