Lords & Labradors Arvostelua

DO NOT USE. Terrible service. We ordered a £400 crate set plus a few accessories for our new puppy. After 10 days, we got in touch to ask about our order. A few days later we got an automatic email cancelling the crate set but proceeding with the accessories. Whats the point of the accessories without the crate? I have sent tens of emails with no reply for a week, and the accessories have been delivered but are obviously useless. Genuinely concerned the company has gone bust.

The product was delivered damaged and it is hard work to try and sort it out!!!

Very helpful staff when I wanted to exchange my crate

Sold me a damaged product that had clear evidence of an attempted repair. Tried contacting the company and received no response despite them initially responding to my partner.

I now have a damaged play pen, a disabled dog recovering from surgery that needs to stay in that pen and the issue of returning this pen should Lords and Labradors decide that they are not above the law and then source a suitable replacement from a respectable competitor.

Really wouldn’t waste your time with this company. They used to be great but the quality of the products and the customer service has greatly declined over the 5 years I’ve been a customer.

Fantastic products. Crates are superior quality, very sturdy, easy to use with sliding gate. The tray is easy to wipe clean.
Cat litter box also brilliant. Makes cleaning easier and my siamese cat took to it straight away.
Very good quality, style and value for money.

Superior quality for my Ragamuffin cat, even better than pictures. Quick delivery too. This will last years not like cheap cardboard cat trees.

The order was delivered promptly and is the best bed we have bought for our Italian greyhound. She took to it straight away and loves its softness and comfort. Difficult to get her out of it! Good size too!

Great customer service 😊

My experience has been a nightmare with not being able to talk to anyone on the phone and not having returns picked up.

Great crate. Very well made. I love the sliding door, as it saves so much space. Loads of room for My dog and he is very happy sleeping in it.

I ordered a new crate and bumper cover for my Lowchen. The previous one from another supplier was very thin and draughty with a huge bumper that took up half the crate space. The Lords & Labradors cover is a blue tweed that is thick and has good overlap at the corners to prevent draughts augmented by a much thinner but effective bumper. The covers are extremely well made and very luxurious for the dog and should keep her warm at night in a Scottish winter.
The cover was embroidered with the dogs name in a decent size to augment the luxury feel of the product.
From ordering, embellishment to delivery took 10 days. First rate product and service. Couldn't ask for more.

High quality, nice design.

The bed is simply stunning, such amazing quality and looks even better than the pictures. My dog loves snuggling up in it , she gets so excited to sit in it now

Great product, fast delivery, happy customer 😊

Great quality and superb service, goods were delivered the following day.

Well made product and good quality

I bought a luxury crate for my puppy- spent £450 and the mattress does not fit the crate. I sent a video and photographs on Thursday ( the day it arrived) and have still do not have a solution. I have now had to physically measure each corner and the mattress is about 1.5cm too big.

Still awaiting response and honestly for price of the items, the customer service is horribly slow and unresponsive.

Order processed quickly and arrived promptly. The puppy pen itself is an absolute godsend. Solid and well made, I love the fact we can use it outdoors with the pegs and changing the configuration so easily means we can move it around and our pup can join us in different rooms around the house. In its smallest size, using just the 4 panels, it is a good size for the puppy to treat is as a daytime crate if we are with him - small enough to see it as a sleeping area but plenty of room to move round, plus with the open top it means he still gets lots of fuss and feels part of the gang. I wonder if he might work out the catch on the door, as he is already trying his best when it is time to come out, but will cross that bridge when we come to it!
