Terrible experience
Terrible experience with Cargini in Tirana and I strongly advise everyone to avoid them. They refused to accept my credit card at check-in and forced me to pay double the original price. Because I was in a rush and had no time to find another agency, I had to agree. They initially handed over an old, half-broken car that I immediately demanded to change after driving it for just one round. The second car they gave me was similarly bad, but it was already late in the evening and I had to get home, so I took it. Shortly into the drive, the check transmission light came on. The next day they sent a third car, which arrived completely scratched and dented all around with broken lights and a broken infotainment system. I finally gave up because I do not believe this company actually owns a single normal car. Save yourself the stress and safety risks and book elsewhere.

Following our communication with our local partner in Tirana, we were informed that the card presented at the rental desk was a Revolut card, as also indicated in the Acceptance Form. According to the rental Terms & Conditions, this type of card is not accepted for the security deposit pre-authorisation. For this reason, you were offered the option of purchasing our Full Coverage package, which waives the requirement for a security deposit to be blocked on your card.
We completely understand your disappointment regarding the condition of the initial vehicle. However, as soon as you reported the issue, our local partner acted promptly by travelling to Durres and replacing the vehicle, ensuring that you could continue your journey with minimal disruption.
Regarding the scratches you noticed on the replacement vehicle, we would also like to reassure you that, as you had purchased the Full Coverage package, you were fully protected. Any new damage covered under the policy would not have resulted in any liability on your part.
At Cargini, providing the highest level of customer service is our top priority. We believe this was an unfortunate and isolated incident, rather than a reflection of the standard of service we are committed to delivering.

Ho avuto un incidente con terzi in cui ero dalla parte della ragione, ma la controparte è scappata senza assumersi alcuna responsabilità. Io ho agito in modo corretto ed esemplare, facendo immediatamente denuncia alla Polizia, che era l’unica cosa che potevo fare.
Il danno, peraltro, si limitava a circa tre piccoli graffi sull’auto, ma nonostante ciò mi è stata trattenuta indebitamente la somma di 1.200 euro con una fattura generica e insufficiente, riportante solo la dicitura “incidente con terzi”. Nessuna documentazione chiara e verificabile mi è stata fornita, e questo comportamento mi impedisce al momento di avvalermi della mia polizza integrativa per il rimborso della franchigia.
Ritengo la gestione della vicenda gravemente scorretta e sicuramente oltre ogni limite di legalità, per come si è sviluppata, fa sorgere fortissimi dubbi sulla correttezza della società.
Vi aggiornerò sugli sviluppi ormai passati al mio legale. Consiglio la massima attenzione a chiunque voglia noleggiare da loro.

Terrible and unprofessional customer servce - will leave you stranded
Our luggage was delayed upon arriving in Florida, so we contacted the company to let them know we would be late collecting our rental car. Despite multiple attempts, no one answered our calls.
When we finally managed to speak to staff at Wisecars, my complaint was dismissed as "British nonsense" and "other bullshit," which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
As a result, we were left stranded with our 15-month-old child, with no support or assistance offered. The only way I could speak to anyone was by Wisecar's office in Greece, as the local Cargini car rental office did not answer.
To make matters worse, they have disputed my refund request and are attempting to keep the full charge by classifying us as a "no-show," despite the fact that we made every effort to contact them and explain the situation.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company due to its poor customer service, lack of communication, and unwillingness to deal fairly with customers.

We rented a car from their website to collect from Tirana airport, they were so nice and helpful to us! The car was good and it has multiple chargers inside.
The only thing maybe they can improve, is that the car didn't have bluetooth and no AUX was available! and we waited for 20 mins maybe till the car was ready!
