I am a regular customer and have always had excellent products and customer service. I regularly order their low carb tortillas which make my Keto diet so much easier to stick to. I’ve tried making my own and absolute disaster so ordered some from Carbzone and they taste amazing and only 4g carbs per wrap. I’ve also tried the pasta at 6g per portion and tastes identical to real pasta. I can also vouch for their customer support as my order this week was missing 2 packs of wraps but they answered quickly and have sent me out the missing items without any fuss. After reading these other reviews I was a little worried but Carbzone came through and were professional and efficient in rectifying the issue. Will 100% keep using them and recommending them in all my Keto groups. Excellent company and staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Crispbreads arrived in lots of pieces. Contacted customer services and requested refund or replacement after sending photos. This was the response. "The smaller pieces are usually a perfect mouthful and should be enjoyed as is or with some topping of your chosing. WE DO NOT REFUND FOR THIS PRODUCT BEING DELIVERED IN SMALLER PIECES"
Unfortunately the smaller pieces are crumbs and could never have a topping on them. I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The worst company I have ever come across.Complete rip off merchants

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Honestly never dealt with such an incompetent company. My order got “lost”, long story short I’ve been loading with them for weeks about this and just got told to wait longer and my order had been dispatched minus one out of stock item, once again no delivery so I check again and ask to open a complaint and there complaint handling procedure as is standard protocol for any reputable company-nothing other than thank you for you patience (when it’s very clear at this point all patience is gone).so after being told several times my order is on the way again and still no refund for the out of stock item I eventually get a tracking number for the items that were resent “last week” and low and behold the shipping order had only just been created minutes before so not only is the customer service non existent they are liars too. Avoid at all costs.

do not buy from carb zone. Besides from the HORRIBLE customer service their food is disgusting ive not found one thing that is worth it or tastes nice. The bread is vile i physically cant swallow it because the taste and they make it look much bigger in the pictures than what it actually is. The bread is insultingly tiny, its no wonder is is low carb as there's only a mouth full of bread. Just go to any super market bread and cut it into quarters that's the same size as the carbzone bread.

You can also buy low carb products on a***on and save you dealing with this company.

Massively overpriced and horrible customer service. They take no responsibility for the delivery company so if they lose the delivery or are late even by 6 weeks carb zone take no responsibility and wash their hands. They do not offer a free return or the option to return.

My food also arrived 3 weeks late even though I ordered premium. and I didn't even get offered an apology or discount on next order it was like trying to get blood from a stone.

Very good product and delivery in the UK but extremely poor communications!

I'm telling you guys now, if you want to buy keto stuffs do NOT buy it from carbzone. I wish I didn't myself. Delivery is promised 2-3 days and I received nothing 1 week and a bit later. They have not even DISPATCHED the order or packaged it and when I asked them why, they claimed it's due to fraud protection. Get a load of that. Looks like either I cancel my order, or wait hopelessly for my items. PLEASE listen to these reviews, and don't learn the hard way like I did.

Absolutely horrible company! Avoid avoid avoid! I never ever leave any reviews, but feel like it’s my duty with this company, i placed an order 2 weeks ago, and got 3 notification that they tried to deliver but no one was home, I was home as I work from home and never seen a delivery guy try to deliver anything, when I emailed them that said the parcel got lost and they will send a replacement, fair enough I thought, that was last week, still nothing.. when trying to contact them by chat twice letting them know I still did not receive anything, they ghosted me and ignored the messages, no response, didn’t get my delivery or replacement delivery and I paid money! This is absolutely appalling, I have no other choice but to take them to court, AVOID AT ALL COST

I've been using the large wraps for last year or so. They were not in stock, so ordered small wraps direct from them, with bread & pasta.

1. Order was significantly delayed. I had nothing from Carbzone telling me WHY. On contacting them, via chat, they tell me it has been flagged automatically by some computer software as matching a 'fraudlent' order. After confirming I did make the order they dispatched it from the warehouse. But they said it wasn't their fault and out of their control - they took ZERO responsibility. If I had not contacted them, I would never have had my order.

2. I ordered multiple packs of tortilla wraps. Each and every pack was faulty. All were squashed badly together, and impossible to seperate. I took photos of the evidence - tortillas with massive holes in, and squashed etc. Requested a refund and I've heard nothing after several days from customer services HUGE waste of time and money.

AVOID, they are not likely to try and make right any issues you have if you experience any. It is not the first time I've had squashed tortillas - I've let them off many times, larger ones sometimes can be salvaged but smaller ones not at all.

3. They put the majority of allergens in bold e.g. sesame, soy etc, they failed to identify whey powder (cow's milk) in bold - a known allergen. This was on their bread. I'm SEVERELY allergic to cow's milk and carry an Epipen this isn't good enough. It's flat out dangerous. I'm likely to report this.

AVOID AVOID AVOID . Customer service regarding a completely damaged large order is absolutely SHOCKING. They treat you like a thief and then Completely ignore you . I have no other option but to take them to court . This experience was so shocking that I’m too worried to even eat their food .

Products turned up damaged. Tried to contact them many times and their customer service completely ghosts you.

They have a uk website but contact number goes to a non-english answer machine.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Our order was placed over a month ago and we still haven't seen it!
The customer service just keep saying that it 'will be despatched in the next few days'!
Also be aware that it may have a UK web address but the only phone number has a Swedish prefix!
Hopefully we will get our refund sooner that we got our goods which to be honest wouldn't be difficult.

I just received my order and it is half eaten/damaged by mice. There is a big hole in the box and all tortillas are either half eaten by mice or their bags are torn apart. I contacted EVRI the delivery company and they are not taking any responsibility. Contacted Carbzone and no response from them so far. 'Disappointment' is an understatement. This is absolutely filthy and disgusting. Either their stock room is infested with mice or EVRI's depot is- either way, this is disgusting!

The bread, sold as white, is not white at all!
The slices are ridiculously small, needing at least 3 to be the equivalent of 1 usual slice!
The taste is way too salty and resembles soggy cardboard.

The crispbreads are ridiculously too hard to eat.... had to try and break them into a size that I could put into my mouth and then wait until softened to chew.
When it's finally edible the taste is not worth the effort!

I have tried many low carb products and these are they worst ever ... I don't believe the reviews on your website are legitimate!

2 orders have gone missing. Customer service states issued replacement next day delivery. 4 days later still waiting on replacement. Have been waiting for over 2 weeks for my order. I will not be ordering from them again.

I like many others have experienced bad customer service in relation to the delivery of my order. I have already had one order received and I thought the products were really good for no carb alternatives but the delivery and customer service is poor to say the least.

They are using 'Evri' (used to be hermes) and the service is awful. First time I paid next day delivery and it took three days. Then my second order still hasn't arrived after ordering three weeks ago. I'm constantly sending emails trying to resolve this issue but as of yet my food is rotting somewhere in a Evri warehouse and there is little I can do. No chance of contacting Evri and the conversation I am having with carbzone is bizarre to say the least. I have now asked they resend my parcel using a different courier. Its beyond a joke and one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had!

Horrendous experience. I received my purchased items on website by post poorly packed no protection whatsoever glass jam jar shattered and I was told to clear the glass and jam myself off the other items and it should be fine to consume . I was refunded for just the jam and expecting to sort through broken glass to get to the rest of my order . I have keep the email stating this and will use it to further my case . Unbelievable!

If you are outside of Sweden AVOID!! The customer does not exist for UK customers. I have been waiting 2 wks for an order and have sent multiple emails, no response. And used that pointless chat app- useless. Tempted to make the Swedish version of a small claims against them, just for the principal of it. Really bad company!!

My order took over 3 weeks to arrive. I emailed after 10 days and they did respond to say it was because one of the items was out of stock, so I took the suggested option to go ahead without it and get a refund for the item, but this never happened and it eventually arrived after another 2 weeks. Pretty useless, won't use again.

They are honestly the worst ever company. I would give zero stars but unfortunately you cannot give less than 1. They do no answer their phone. They do not reply to emails. I have been contacting them for a week now to place an order but they are not responding. I have decided to take up carbs instead! Awful awful awful service!
